You loosen that screw and direct exit of ramp towards flipper and tighten?
I waxed mine and same thing happened, I think the speed of the ball puts pressure on the bend of the ramp and moves it outwards towards shooter lane / metal lip.
You can use a micro fiber clothe on the playfield and balls to remove some of the wax too, or also just replace the balls.
