Quoted from tomtest:A company in Waynesboro, Pa, called Biltwood Powdercoating does all mine, their # is 717-593-9400. It's less than $100 to do everything including the coin door and shooter housing but the only raw parts I give them is the lollipop rails, they have to send all the remainder to Harrisburg to strip the original paint, the cost to me includes the stripping as they do that pretty cheap. Biltwood is only 15 minutes from me but you could certainly send the parts to them, although I don't know how you would pick out the color chips. You can go on my Pinside site and see all the others they have done(some of the pictures make the colors more orange or red than they actually are thou). Here are picts of a couple others they did for me. The POTC is actually a much more beautiful color than the picture.
Thanks for the info! I have a couple of places that are within driving distance as well. My issue is picking colors since the one place I use doesn't have much selection. They do mostly industrial accounts that use basic colors. I can use Prismatic and order a swatch as a sample and order the powder from them and bring it to the shop. I'm still learning what type of finishes are available. They did some gold pieces for me that are internal EBD parts, the transformer mounting plate, lock down receiver, coin door inner armour plate and coin catch basket. It was a very years ago and now they don't remember the color and have no more left so I need to match it myself using Prismatic. I have some samples on the way. I was thinking of having the legs, side rails, lockdown bar and coin bezel done in the color since chrome is very expensive.
