The Star Trek Pro at our office has an issue with the metal "pre-ramp" between the playfield and the plastic ramp. Specifically, the metal part is lifting up from the playfield, fairly uniformly across its length. It's not very far, but it does have a slight affect on ball travel. This may seem like a dumb question, but is the fix simply to remove the piece and bend it a little? Since it's not technically my machine (I'm just the caretaker), I don't want to make anything worse.
