LED print(s) defect somewhere. The arrows above the missions is 1 print en the missions below is 1 print. What software version are you running ?

What I would do to check:

Restart the pin a few times
Check cables (you already did that)
remove upper print ( I thought it connects to the lower print so maybe you can check seperate, not sure)
Flash the latest software again.
Check all fuses.

if those all fail I'm afraid you got bad board(s). Do the rest of the led boards work normally ?

when I received my ST Prem NIB in 2014 the upper row of arrows was not working correctly. it was replaced under warrenty.

Reseat the boards connections to each other, if they come loose they will cut out like that, and or turn different colors

Did you go into the menu to do a lamp check ? are there any operator messages ?

So bottom, middle and top boards don't work in the lamp test ? like camcamero1991 said, make sure the 2 connections from the hexagon to the top an bottom are correctly seated.

I think if all these solutions don't work your left to contact Stern (or the seller). sorry
