Hi, I'm wondering if you have any experience picking up a Pin from this Estes shipping location (Methuen, Massachusetts) . I've always had NIB shipped to my house in the past but my Star Trek Pro is at this location for me to pick up if I want to get it today, rather than waiting for it to be delivered to my house next week. Wondering what the logistics would be? I'm assuming I would have to remove the box before putting the game in my truck (Acura MDX). Is it a pain to load etc... Thanks for your help D

Show up with your ID and 2 bearded men will slide the box into your truck.

I'd leave it in the box if at all possible (borrow a real truck or SUV if you have to).

Vid's got it right.

Depending on the distance, you could go rent a Home Depot van/truck for an hour for what, 20 bucks, and get er done.

Check the dimensions of your vehicle. The box might fit. I use a honda passport and NIB games fit right in.

Here are the box dimensions:

Boxed dimensions:
H:56"; W:31"; D:31"; Weight: 285lbs

Unboxed Dimensions:
H: 75 1/2 ", W: 27 ", D: 55"
Weight: 250lbs

I was told by my distributor to remove the game from the box for hidden damage inspection prior to letting the shipper leave. Everything looked good so I wrapped the game in shrink wrap and loaded it into my 2013 Durango to bring it home.

Having the game shipped to my workplace saved money on shipping. It was easy enough so I will continue to do same in the future.

I always unbox the game in the parking lot and let them dispose of it. Cart it home like any other pin

I fit a NIB Stern in my Toyota Rav4 just fine, just removed it from the pallet.

You Better Be DAMN sure there isnt any damage to the machine if you aren't going to unbox it. If you terminal pick up the game and you sign for it clean you own the game even if the crushed it. Because they will blame any damage on your "Secondary Transport"

I ALWAYS recommend you unbox the game at the terminal if you are picking it up. Unbox, Look it over VERY VERY Carefully then Sign for it and load it.

Usually, they will try and get you to sign the paperwork before they even go get your pallet.

F it I'm gonna have them deliver it and inspect it with a fine tooth comb. Gotta wait till Tuesday
