fantastic. What a huge project undertaking this is. Can't wait to see the results.

Since it's going to be Mirror Universe. You going to have Mirror effects on the playfield as well? could add some nice touches.

mirror image and actual reflective mirror mirroring arn't really the same thing, so not obvious unless you say your doing it.

this is probably the most high tech thing i've seen on pinside yet.

stencils look fantastic. Excellent work all around.

looking fantastic. Brilliant on so many levels.

do you have to make the whole thing? Looked like those speakers would work for the main body and you could just add the dome grid and add the other stuff to the body of the existing speaker cannon. I would take plastic strips, heat them up and been them over a ball or something to make the dome.

I would go with the modern style. Will make it easier to maintain in the future. I went with the Slide shaft style in Miss World (had heavy gottleibs in from factory). Which are great and nice and snappy, but if the plungers break, I don't think I can get replacements.

wish this was coming to the detroit or MGC. Would love to see it in person when it's done.

If your doing it as legs. I don't know if you want the sword tip pointing in the floor. I can see that working its' way to the basement in no time.

Quoted from Zitt:

Anyone interested in a trade?
This completed machine for this?

I'm sure those would store well in a AZ garage. Pretty awesome tho. I think they are a little high on the asking price tho.

clear will be fine. You will never have wear again with clear on it. No need for protection beyond that. Not enough force on a game this old to break through clear, and you would need 10's of thousands of games to make it happen.

From the angle. It looks like at the tip of the sword, that the metal wire guide kind of sticks out beyond the sword edge. Isn't the ball going to catch on that? Just curious. Looking fantastic all around. It's awesome you have access to great resources to make these custom parts possible.

I guess it's going to come down to how level the machine is. Should be a nice straight shot with no problems. If it runs along the sword side, then it might dribble the ball and head back down.

I like how Spock looks like he's playing Air guitar. Jam it spock...jam it.

i'm surprised you didn't have it printed on glass. I know 2 people that could have done that for you.

I like the clear better than metal. Looks more "space age".

I hope I get to see this at a show someday to be able to play it.

So what happened with the code for the displays? What ended up being the problem?

i'm already thinking about what game I could use them for. I'm thinking Orbitor 1 would look killer with them.
