Quoted from RJW:

No they're not. Do you actually research anything before you post?

"I heard" not "They are". It was meant to be a positive anyway.

Quoted from pinmister:

So for the 400 domestic-Stern has sold out to distributors. Canadian distributors are sold out and Automated is getting down to the last couple dozen.

Quoted from silverball0:

My distributor here in Vancouver, had two people looking for LE and he says he can't get them, and is looking south to see if he can find some. So the Canadian allotment seems to have sold out.

Three weeks ago

Quoted from bcfast:

Hmmm... Just herd Canada may be sold out of the LE. Guess sales must be really tanking

Three weeks ago
Go troll them too then.

How much is 12.5 NZ in USD?

#153 10 years ago

About 10k US that includes 15% gst (tax) so a little bit under 9k excluding tax

2 weeks after starting this thread it's time for the weekly poll findings summary:

About 60 new votes were cast in the last week, and despite some 'sold out' reports from outside USA (some of which have yet to be verified), and continued overwhelming positive reviews, including a debut as No. 1 on the Pinside Top 100 listing, the percentages have remained almost identical to last week's.

In the blue corner:
46% of Pinsiders polled (up 1% on the last week) believe that STLE cupboard will be bare sometime between now and mid-March 2014.

On the other hand ...

In the red corner:
A majority of Pinsiders (but dropping slightly in the percentage ranks), 54%, believe the pinnie will still be available to buy NIB after the middle of next year and possibly into 2015 despite rave reviews.

We still have two strong opposing opinions.

Based on posts in various threads it sounds like there are lots of STLEs in Christmas stockings, but when & if STLE sells out completely is probably something we'll have to wait until sometime in the new year to declare.

Not sure about polls or the science of it all, but ST is a very fun pin that has a huge "just 1 more game factor"

Disclaimer: I like this game!

I love it too!

I can't see me getting bored of it anytime in the next, say, 10 years.

The poll is a good one!

I don't know why the OP has had so many thumbs down. More thumbs down than the number of intelligent and valid arguments by the thumb-downers if you ask me.

It shows half of the Pinsiders on this thread are out of touch with the realities of new pinball machine sales.

Not sure which half yet!

Probably the half which, in another poll and thread started today (STLE Knocked Off No. 1 Position), claim that they have played STLE and it doesn't deserve to be in the Pinside Top 10!

Good on you Aussie! Shoot from the hip, and shoot straight between their eyes!
