It's either the enterprise that came on the Premiums and LEs from Stern or it's the Hallmark ornament mod.
Either way connect it to the GI, that way it's on most of the time but will turn off during vengeance and Klingon multiballs.
Does come on nicely with the GI but just stays on. Looking around to see if there's somewhere better to have it be more alive.
