I'm joining the club! (and left the Tron club)
Tron is a great rush bit a bit linear and no so deep. Having an Avatar next to it, I was looking for some more challenges to do and complete. Hopefully star trek will bring me this

It's the pro, huo. And wauw it looks great, shiny and bright.

Just need to figure out why the punch it button is not working at this moment (was this way when I picked up the game), Edit: solved, a small connector came loose in the back of the lower cabinet part.
Also need to find the leds that go in the spotlights above the slings (anyone have a link to the correct type of led?)

I have a question about the away team feature on level I missions.
If I play for example prime directive 1. I shoot a number of shots till away team is lit. If I then shoot away team, i get galactic (top)lanes. This however also adds quite some time to the prime directive running mode. But I cannot make the mode shots until the timer has run out.
The only thing running then is the toplanes. So to me the away team seems a bad choice for prime directive 1. Am I correct or am I missing something here (or is this is a bug)?

And a 2nd question, just curious: is the music played during 5 year mission final mode, the older style theme or the newer 2009/2013 theme?

I've been playing my star trek some more tonight and using galactic items in combination with some other things running (for example: super ramps, klingon galactic ramps and comboing these) and yes it really pays off. It also makes the game quite different then just playing the level 1 modes without galactic away team.

Got to Enterprise Amok last week.. nice mode, with a nice intro. Nice lamp effect in combination with the switch count.
But was wondering how it should be played. (withouth being a spoiler for the rest of you of course).

Anyone who knows the unique combo's? I love the call outs you get when making them.
So far I've got the Kirk and Sulu combo award (perhaps more, but missed them then )

Using a flipper = probably triggering an opto going bad (do the same in switch test and see what is acting up). As a playfield switch is being triggered (by error). The machine thinks, hey ball is in play already, let's start this.

Ghost line in display should be still in warranty. Contact your distributor for this.

First new code impressions reported by the operator that is running beta 1.52 :

Better lightshows, better way the missions work, better kobayashi maru, vengeance modes are better, away team is cleaned up, bonus counts more.

So good first impression!

I think it is really top notch for Stern to fix these 'harder' bugs.

Especially the one where you would not be awarded the second/third wizard mode!
And finally the nero bug is solved.

One can only say: "THANK YOU STERN!!"
