Hi Guys,

I have a Star Trek 25th Anniversary game and I have a problem with it.
When you start a game ball one plays as normal. When ball 2 (or 3) is kicked into the shooter lane, as soon as it rolls onto the switch it causes a reset of the game 100% of the time.
If I take off the switch the game plays normally, but when a ball fails to clear the shooter lane with the launch button it will sit there until a ball search happens (annoying).
I have insulated the entire area around there and there is no electrical contact being made with anything on or near the switch or even in the shooter lane.
The strange thing is that when ball 2 is kicked out, if i stop it rolling on to the shooter lane switch for a second and then let it roll on to it, it operates as it should. As if the time delay is making a difference.

I have checked the connections on the board (which is a Rottendog replacement) and they all seem good.

Any help that anyone could suggest with this mystery would be most helpful.
