I just want to clarify, is this the Norso movie version? My son LOVES the game with those sounds so I haven't upgraded yet, but I would like to at some point.

its the same music on the new 1.62 code, thanks to extendo, so now extendo 1.62 version.

Thanks. They have one at a pizza place near me. Without a save insert over there I just assumed the pro didnt have one. I knew shields were for the kicker on premium. Good to know.

I'm not too up on the pinball browser. Is it possible to change callouts too, or just music?
Reason I ask is, even more than "My name is Kai," it bugs me to no end that the multiplier callouts say "two ex multiplier" instead of "two times multiplier" etc. No technical person, such as, say, anyone involved in space flight, would say "ex" rather than "times." Sounds dumb to me anyways.

I know I the correct version at home but I'm away from that cpu for a few weeks.
As for settings question, you will lose your high scores and everything will go back to factory as that is what the code was built on. It adds the fun of adding new high scores though 
I downloaded and installed the Pro version below, and it works well.

1.62 is the latest Stern pinball software. The links I provided are the 1.62 plus movie music, meaning that the originally Norso pulled the music up to 1.61, when 1.62 came out, extendo copied Norso's music over to 1.62.

Sterns music is terrible IMO
6-8 different pieces of music from the movie, completely changes the tone. I can never go back to stock music.
so, how are the reviews on the sound upgrade, not to many people seem impressed in the comments. is it worth the effort?

Amazing. I was about to trade my game once before, then I added the sound package and it stayed in the collection for awhile. It’s AMAZING!!!

yes its the latest Stern version, I answered that question 7 months ago.

So I still haven't heard what the one under discussion sounds like either.
I was gonna download it one of these days, too, guess I would have been in for a surprise!

Again, that was just a video I found on YouTube, naively thinking there was only one alternate soundtrack out there. Maybe ask the guy who posted it on YT?

This version is pretty bad ass. Would love to get my hands on this version if someone has a copy.
