I have 2 stand-up targets and a slingshot switch that broke away from their mounting brackets on the underside of the playfield. Should I remove the rivets and use machine screws w/ nuts to fasten them back together, or could that wind up unintentionally shorting the switch? Haven't run into this particular issue before, so thought I'd check in here before I try tackling the problem myself. I'm attaching a pic to illustrate what I'm talking about (the switch and mounting bracket are circled, this pic is of the slingshot switch that came off it's mounting bracket)...any suggestions how I can fix this?

Thanks!
Trevor

Machine screws, nuts and internal lock washers are what I use to fix that problem.

You could add a little bit of thread lock to the screw / nut too.

Resurrecting an old thread..

I'v some broken rivets on my WCS stand up targets and was planing on replacing them with screws and nuts.
The question is; what size do I need to buy?
