Actually, it looks like something may have gone wrong with an affiliate Direct Response setup. Common with E-sales sites to set up/buy access to an affiliate network and kick the affiliate a small fee when the click that results in a purchase comes from their site. Really common in the supplements industry too. So that HGH guy may have been trying to promote with his comments. From the English, it looks like one poster wrote all the robo comments.

Or it could be just straight up robo spam.
