I've had this issue on a few pins one was the bridge rectifier. The others ended up being the 5v connection on the board. That's the connector to the far right of the main board. Been a while. Pretty sure it's the connector on the bottom. Has a few wires hooked up to it and it gets burnt or the wires aren't making a good connection. Try reseating that connector. Good luck man!
