I use them to easily finish vengeance 1 and earn me an extra 5M points.

Avoid the drop target until you have a full clip of torpedoes. (it's a dangerous shot anyway) Once you have a full clip, start vengeance MB and get two or three balls under control (cradled) during the ball saver. Use the torpedoes to all but finish the ship while cradling the balls (can't finish it with a torpedo). Shoot left ramp to start a combo (2x next shot), shoot vengeance to collect 10M points. If you have a ball cradled on each flipper, use your chin to fire torpedoes, then backhand the left ramp and shoot vengeance.

The factory ball saver at the beginning of multiball is generous. Plenty of time to get two balls under control. Backhanding the left ramp is the safest and easiest way to start a combo before collecting the super. I expect to finish vengeance and collect the double super every time I start it. It doesn't happen every time, but most of time it does. Easy money.
