Just hope this is not the last update we'll see beside bug fixing….

Would be nice to finally use the space potato flashers to advertise the vengeance galactic award for example beside the still not present combo blue insert suggested previously. Or I'll take the asteroids out as they are a pain to align every few weeks (bad design here too).
But from what I understand, little effort has been done to "polish" the LE lighting so far. 8 months should have been plenty… RGB lights and not use them the way they could be exploited…this makes me think that "overall Stern" still does not get it (not talking about the laudable efforts pursued by the single). And it's my first and probably last LE I might personally get. Don't want to have to rely on the now famous "Lyman's spare time coding" to get what should be expected. Not every coder will have the time and willingness to do that. Don't care if they are now working on some new Board OS or busy with Mustang/TWD code. Boutique Pinball non professional programmers manage to code more stuff in way less time. The premium price paid for these LE justifies this extra coding effort imho.

What about the DMD. Haven't spotted one single new dmd frame or dot. It seems like they just gave sound and coding resources a go but the graphics dmd designer was too busy. Not even simple text messages seem to show up on mine during galactic scoring etc. And the welcome choice of the Carol comeback was from old stock image already present in the code. A nice retouch treatment a' la Metallica would have been nice and necessary imho.

Will check again but I inspected the animations long ago with pinball browser and maybe that why I think these have been there all along but maybe only included now in the game.

I still get the feeling this update was "rushed" out and we might expect some more complete stuff by year end.
Else.. Why would S. Ritchie talk about ST updates info for the DPO EXPO expected to take place only in November?
