Sometimes when it’s turned on, the game will boot up just fine and sometimes it won’t boot up at all.

When it doesn’t boot up the flashers in the upper left side of the backbox will stay locked on and so does the kicker coil that kicks the ball into the shooter lane. The displays don’t show anything either. As you can see in the video, the voltage changes rapidly. The meter is on the reset line that goes to pin 40 of U1 (the microprocessor).

All ground mods have been performed and the filter cap at the bottom of the cabinet has been replaced. If you have any ideas please let me know.
