BSE #388 ordered direct through Spooky. I wonder how long it will take to make all the JCHCE and UKRCE? I assume they will run all CE for both before the BSE is that correct?
I am sure this has been answered before so forgive me for asking again. I am curious if all the CEs for Halloween and Ultraman will be run before the first BSE? I don’t mind the wait I am just trying to get an idea of how long I have to save up.

Can’t wait to compare Matt Frank’s and Zombie Yeti’s Kaiju art. I will hopefully have them next to one another some day.

I love Zombie Yeti’s art on my TMNT and IMDN but I thought Matt Frank did an excellent job on Ultraman. Art is most definitely subjective.

I am envious of everyone who is getting their Ultraman. I have a long wait ahead of me with #388 but maybe not as long as I thought the way they are pumping them out.

It is a bummer we have to go to the Halloween thread to get updates from Spooky. It would be nice to get some assurance that Ultraman hasn’t been put on the back burner.

They are moving along but #388 is still going to be a long wait. Hopefully by then the code will no longer be an issue.
I finally got to play some Ultraman tonight and I have some mixed feelings. It’s shoots well and looks amazing but…. The code needs some updating for sure. You find yourself shooting shots that don’t progress to anything. It would be nice to have some sub objectives to work towards like in Iron Maiden’s cyborg multi ball. The modes seem fun enough but some callouts telling you anything would be nice.
The music and callouts need some help for sure. I know the game has to have some music from the show but having something playing that gets you pumped up or some callouts that keep things going is a must. I found it quiet at times and dull compared to some other games.
I know it’s early and they needed to get this out before Stern’s Godzilla but dang that code needs some work. I do look forward to seeing what this machine will become.
