Quoted from Morinack:I am still on the fence actually. I love the artwork and know it would look great, but like so many others, it wouldn't really be shown off or admired due to placement. Its all about personal satisfaction with no plans on resale, as I am pretty sure it would be pried from my cold dead hands like my R&M or TNA.
For some reason, the Spooky pins really get me cranked up the way Williams did back in the day.
I've had a CFTBL with a clearcoated cab since 1999. Done by a private restorer.
Pros: Shiny!
Cons: Not a big deal when blocked in by other machines. If you DO put it on the end all the reflections actually make it
*harder* to see the art (depending on the room lighting).
You can't go wrong either way as unlike Stern, Spooky's decals show no woodgrain. So they sorta look CC'ed anyway.
