I got that error too, and when I did, I got the email/saw the charges go through. Now if I go back to my customer order history I have an order number, and store page shows the purchase.
Duplicate error message = great success!

On the Nitro order page there was a "Butter / No Butter" button.
I just retried after I had Initially recieved a message on the screen that said “ we recieved your order” about 40 minutes ago. No email at that time. Right now game was still in the cart. Processed again and now it went thru amd card charged aswell

I imagine the Order #'s probably are also factoring in Halloween & Ultraman not sure how those #s correspond to build #s.

Despite all the negativity that can permeate Pinside, this shows the pinball community at its best. Spooky built up enough goodwill and trust, that they sold out two games in under two hours. Without even showing gameplay. Just using extremely rough numbers (1750x8000) it’s approximately 14 million in sales. That’s amazing. Congrats to them!
(Don’t give me shit on the math, I’m happy to see much better estimates)

I just want to say thanks for giving us a theme that no one expected was coming. I love the campiness of the theme and it will go great next to my EHOH.

For a moment i thought id purchased two game 
The first order was my fang club membership this morning so im guessing my game order was somewhere in the first 260. This has me crossing my fingers that the games are shipped in the order they were...ordered?

We ordered R&M direct from spooky... my email history says that was on 12/16/19 and we had our machine number on 12/19/19.
