I can answer to the best of my ability.
1) The left subway has the ability to lock balls for multiball, but I don't see any way to get a ball there from the plunger, so staging highly unlikely. Hopefully the coding can make this as quick as possible.
2) The rule card has been posted. I tried to copy what I could make out in this post: https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/spooky-2021-game-speculation-thread/page/145#post-6371466. I wrote it out for Halloween, but substitute Baltan for Hedge, Bemular for Smith Grove, Jirahs for House, and Zetton for Boogyman.
3) On the playfield I see inserts for Baltan, Pigmon, Bemular, Jirahs, and Zetton. There could be more, but that's what I can make out.
