PinballSTAR just adjusted our inventory in Paypal from our email blast and more games are there now... We reserved some games and gave those people til 3pm to pay - so we are going to continue to add to our email blast inventory during the day. Go to our email blast to order or email us at [email protected] if you don't get our emails and we'll send you one. This is the only way we can control our inventory properly so we don't oversell.
We are NOT sold out yet, but getting there...

not me trust me - not one email goes unanswered... check your spam... or email me and i will look for my replies for you. i can tell you that is never the case - let alone half a dozen times. can we miss some during a reveal day etc... yes, but never consistently. sorry just doesn't happen.

Well - I can say that I did move my family home in late June and I did have to go 'off the radar' for a few days. I did spend many sleepless nights answering all emails as they came in and even after we moved to catch up. If in fact I missed you - my sincere apologies - never my intent, but now that you give the timing yes it's very possible during that 'life event' we had that i was slow and maybe I missed some. All good - won't happen again if it did... : )

Ya I did have the foresight to post on FB and I think on Pinside about it so people know to expect a slow response that week... all good man ! no harm and ty for understanding. : )

PinballSTAR just got our numbers yesterday and given we are the largest Spooky distributor there is some time involved to get orders laid out. We will be emailing everyone their numbers either later today or tomorrow. Please be patient and don't email asking until we get the emails out - it will only take our time away from getting the numbering done. : )

Coming out in waves during the day today - thank you everyone for your patience. As I described in the emails going out - we had a family medical situation occur requiring hospitalization and then I was lucky enough to get Covid myself... Dodged that bullet for nearly 3 years - then I was bragging I never got it and WHAM ! lol

Anyway - I needed to take my time to try to accommodate location requests, requests for certain months / timing, etc... It's a process to work through for us as we are Spooky's largest distributor with 100's of orders to try to fairly sort out. In any case, we'll be getting all emails out today. Emails will be sent to the Paypal address used to order your game so if that's not your usual email address you monitor - that's where it is.

We also have all models of Scooby Doo still available to order so if you need one just shoot us an email to [email protected]...

No transfer fee for someone swapping numbers.

Numbers are not assigned by how much or if you've ever bought before etc... PERIOD.

Trust me there's PLENTY of guys who spend tens of thousands with us each year who have similar numbers to you - wherever they fell. They are welcome to chime in as trust me there's alot. I see the names, I see the numbers, and I cringe a little knowing someone will feel slighted. I don't mess around and if you know anything about me and the care I take to be as fair to the community at large, you'd know that. To me my reputation to 1000 people is more important than satisfying 1 person who thinks they are entitled - even if they are. I have never even reserved games prior to an on sale date until doing it for Scooby and even then it didn't guarantee a place in line, just a game. I hate that new people to the hobby are regularly blocked out of buying games. I hate seeing that entry into the hobby is sometimes a disappointing experience for those people who aren't on a distributor's 'coveted' list, so i've always resisted doing that. Does it lose me business at times - yes. Calculated loss. Does it gain me respect and business from new folks - yes. So to me it's about handling my business how I feel most comfortable and the numbers will work themselves out in the end. Sorry for rant - not mad at you at all - i was counting the seconds until someone said it - but it's a very important issue to me and I wanted you and everyone to be sure to know that doesn't happen with the new people to the end of the line. There's plenty of new names in the front and plenty of regulars in the back.

All good - it was just an issue I wanted to touch on as it's like Sophies Choice for me - lol... Nobody's cranky - it's a great thing everyone wants their game and wants it ASAP - that excitement is what we all do this for ! : )
