Yeah but didn't you notice most people had issues ordering direct from Spooky for both titles when they went live? I know everyone wants to stay positive but every release is the same. Website goes down. You would think they would learn by now. Take some of that money you are making and invest it in your website and e-commerce.

We are now beginning to transition into Phase 2 of the experience (when people will ask what number they are in the line).
Phase 1 is still going strong though (everyone complaining about their website).

I'm pretty sure they have beefed up the site both times ahead of the launch and made sure their CC processor knows a ton of orders are coming, so don't limit stuff. Just things I recall from the R+M and Halloween launches.

Sorry guys; I can assure you this is the last time we will be working with this hosting service. Go ahead and keep retrying to order. You might still experience intermittent outages; just check again every few minutes; we have to keep manually fixing this problem :/
If you try one card too many times, check that your bank hasn't frozen your card too!

Guys, the site is up. If you just keep hitting "refresh" on the store closed URL it will say store closed.

Switch to shopify. Best thing I ever did. They are $800 a month for top plan but have a $2k month plan prob needed here.
Hi Spooky people. Just a heads up that it appears if I have my Fang membership to NOT auto renew, that it does not consider me a fang member and I am not able to checkout with the machine. The same thing happened with TNA.

I would just check the auto renew box for now. We will be permanently ending auto renew fang club anyway.

Well, I FINALLY got in and my game was still in my cart. Not sure if that locked it up for me, but i was able to complete the purchase # 13619. This game me flashbacks from Taylor Swift. Really no excuse for the issues. But glad I got my order placed. Oh, and called and emailed pinball star prior to completing my order and after 45 minutes no call and no email.

They see this kind of traffic once every year and a half…it is what it is. I get not investing in a more robust platform for one day every year in a half. Pinballstar is a super easy process that very much does not require a phone call if you can’t handle the website.

Haha I’m from Austria and it took the US government two years to fix their mistake making me Australian on my green card.

Funny story. I was born in Georgia USA. When I got married it got registered that I was born in the country of Georgia somehow. Not funny when the military is doing background screenings and you get hung up.

My recommendation I gave after last release is to keep it dead simple and basically just rip off Joe Newhart's approach and have a page and email blast with a Paypal button (which can be configured to have inventory behind it). Post-validate fang club for each purchase (honestly, should just eliminate that requirement to simplify the process) and you're done.
99% of the time what they have is fine, it just doesn't work with launch day game pre-orders. (3 failures in a row now.)
