one thing that I have been thinking about lately it that t would be cool to have a way to save "user profiles" so you can continue a game or record high scores on your profile after resetting them.

I don’t think any pinball company sells parts on their website, pinball life or Marcos carries pretty much everything you need.

game specific or upgraded parts that are an alternate revenue stream but very few repair/replacement parts. you can call the service dept of any manufacturer and generally get whatever you need in my experience.
