It is not Jetsons.

Quoted from rai:BM66 premium costs $2500 more than AS pro why?
Because people in this hobby with lots of $$ will pay it. Put yourself in Gary Stern's shoes. If you had ~50 people out there in the world anxious to toss a few grand each into your pocket and if only costs you ~$50 per table in cost, wouldn't you take it? Or, would you be the martyr and say "Nah, you can keep your $98k. I have enough money. Thanks!" Yes, we all love pinball. But, it is a business (not a hobby) for Stern. Kudos goes to Stern for banking in on this hobby. I just hope this "bubble" that many speak of bursts soon so I can get some cheap pins!
Looks like he is programming... https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=859683820841129&id=225443764265141
Quoted from ZenTron:Just a guess
Um yes. I am hoping for Evil Dead as opposed to this Army of Darkness nonsense.
Quoted from colorado_cabrio:Got too exited; looks like it's just a blanket.
LOL they are playing games.
Quoted from sofgwhat:"it's not the plan to announce the 3rd game in Texas...
A Meatloaf pinball in any sort of production form would be a great waste of resources and investment.
Quoted from rai:like The Jetsons?
I dunno. I think Jetsons at least could generate 300 buyers for the nastalgia. Meatloaf though? I mean I obviously know who he is but do not know one fan of the music. I am sure they are out there? Nah, they're not.
Quoted from PinSinner:I absolutely love Meatloaf. He has made some powerful music. Meatloaf in his heyday was fantastic. Have you not heard the Bat Out of Hell album? 43 million albums sold, and one of the highest selling albums of all time, so yes there are fans. I urge you to listen to that album and I think you might have a different opinion.
Now I'm not saying there should be a Meatloaf Pinball machine. (I'm not saying there shouldn't either) But don't knock the music man.
Not trying to knock their music at all. I bet I like it. Just saying that making a Meatloaf pinball in production quantities is a bad idea. If Heck is doing it it'll be a one-off or 3.
I guess the challenge would be to find a 300 unit intersection of Meatloaf fans and those willing to shell out $6k-$7k for a pinball.
Quoted from hank527:I'm in on this. I admire Spooky as a company, love the theme, and was told more than one ramp.
All three checks, plus I saw RZ and thought the layout was very okay. Still bought the game and really dig it. So Spooky has my support and money on this one. Just think they are a great group of humans this crew. I want to give them as much business as possible.
Heck if you want to give them more business pick up another for me. Why not?
