Here will be my man cave background for ACNC.
Added over 6 years ago: I originally built this for a Halloween party. It's made from 2" pink board insulation. The mortar joints are sand blasted. PVC pipe for bars and reinforced with strips of Luan. It looks better in real life.
Quoted from frankmac:Hopefully before Christmas “18” I am sure this pin will not be available soon.
I hope you're right! I've heard estimates out to 1 1/2 years. I have no idea if this is true though.
Quoted from SpookyCharlie:This.... is damn AWESOME!!! Yeah, we might be related?! Apparently we have the same decorating style.
You should have seen my Halloween party. It was legendary! This was only one prop I built. There were many others.
Quoted from thedarkknight77:It would be tragic in my eyes, if people have to order this game before they have a chance to play it.
That's what I did.
You gotta pay to play.
I can't believe the awesome collection of pins you guys in this thread have! WOW!!
Quoted from dnaman:Thank you for sharing! Not sure about the picture quality to demonstrate the PC Blue. How does it look in person and does it match the art overall?
I'm not there.
I just got this off the MGC thread. https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/mgc-2018-photo-thread
LOL!
Quoted from dnaman:I hear you. I was hoping to go to AA but it is sold out. Had to delay due to work and find out now that the weekend is now open. Drats!
Ya,
I lucked out and got a Friday night ticket from cfh here on Pinside. He had some left for Friday and Sunday. if interested, PM him. He may have more left.
FYI,
I got confirmation that there will be an ACNC and a TNA at the..

I'm going!
https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/patz-2018-official-pinball-at-the-zoo-thread-april-192021
Quoted from toyotaboy:There's something to be said about TNA with that close pop bumper and angled targets right in the center, really keeps you on your toes.
Yes, I can see a need to own both!
Quoted from marksf123:I went with the silver trim. Any thoughts from anyone who has seen the blue and silver?
For what that powder coat costs, we can install a knocker and shaker assembly ourselves which is super easy.
Quoted from IdahoRealtor:This is right up there with Fathom as the prettiest pin.
Aw, but I think it's prettier by far!
Quoted from bgwilly31:Looked like so many dead shots
Lets not jump to conclusions here!
I'm going to play it Friday at PATZ. I'll report back with all honesty about what I think. I'm not a pinball wizard by any means so I expect to play like crap at first like I always do on any new pin.
Quoted from IdahoRealtor:Yep. I'm tired of people complaining/whining lately about any new pin where they can't see the ball 100% of the time due to an upper playfield or something, like it's a bad design and a "deal breaker" for them. I never hear them bitching about White Water, or all the other pins like that. It is not bad design. It's awesome.
I couldn't agree more!
Quoted from greenhornet:why not?
from "the music man" soundtrack
Friend, either you're closing your eyes
To a situation you do not wish to acknowledge
Or you are not aware of the caliber of disaster indicated
By the presence of a table in your community .
Well, ya got trouble, my friend, right here,
I say, trouble right here in River City.
What are you? A drama queen?
Quoted from fantarama:waiting on your report!
remember:
I won't go all DRAMA on it! I promise.
Quoted from bgwilly31:The call outs are terrible. I could do better myself. I'm not sure AC was a fit.
I have to agree with you on this. Better to hire a good voice actor I say, unless they redo it right with Alice.
Added over 6 years ago: Ignore this comment! I since played the game and the Alice Cooper call-outs are great and that video does a great disservice to the game. You must hear it in person to appreciate it. It's a world of difference!
Quoted from Medisinyl:Alice certainly knows how to perform. Very puzzling as to why the callouts are so bland.
Perhaps he never did voice acting before. Possibly a lot different than performing on stage with a rock band? I don't know!
Added over 6 years ago: Ignore this one too!
Quoted from fantarama:if I have to guess, because no body told him.
Ya, I was thinking the same thing... No direction or guidance as mentioned earlier.
You need a damn sound engineer/producer here!
Added over 6 years ago: Ignore this one too! The game sounds great!
Quoted from wcbu64:Much different than what he did for the initial promo that was on Spooky’s website.
I still like the "if you loose, you get a shock" idea!
Now that I think of it, I have a 15,000 volt neon sign transformer I could rig up.
How do you think they might effectively integrate a shaker motor into this machine without pop bumpers?

Quoted from greenhornet:American pinball cut those targets down to make them even thinner to accommodate their already too tight 'one too many shots up the playfield' layout.
Yes, because their playfield design is flawed IMO. Sounds like a band-aid solution!
Quoted from Whysnow:Houdini on the other hand is just too tight. I have given it lots of attempts and it is just too much for me personally.
Yes, that is the general consensus from many of the players who have commented. Which is why I said I think their playfield design is flawed IMO. If being really hard was the intent then OK. But, I think too hard isn't fun either. Glad to hear ACNC isn't too hard like that. Sorry Charlie. You know far better than I about pin design.
Added over 6 years ago: I got a chance to play this game at PATZ. It's an absolutely beautiful game! One of the most beautiful games I've ever seen IMO! Also play well. It;s a challenge for sure. Not for the casual player.
Quoted from Whysnow:Greenborenet just likes to pick on any new game that people like. He never plays them, just watches videos and write diatribes. He is honestly best if just ignored. Maybe he will eventually go away when he realizes people are tired of his constant negativity and opinions based solely on video watching.
As I said earlier.. He's a DRAMA QUEEN!
Quoted from BillySastard:Just played 10 to 12 games on ACNC at PATZ.
Awesome post! Thank a million!
I am going to PATZ tomorrow! Can't wait!
OK Gents,
I went to PATZ yesterday and had a lot of play time on ACNC! I was lucky that they had the machine separated from all the others and I could hear the sounds very well. As stated by others here, that video above does it absolutely no justice! Alice Cooper is great! The call outs sound right and it is with out a doubt one of the most beautiful pins I have ever seen! The cabinet and playfield art are awesome! The theme for me is perfect. I don't know what it is about that video, but in hearing the sound in real life, Alice's voice is much more full bodied and resonant. The audio system on this game is killer, just like TNA, (which I also played, and it is awesome btw). So with all the fidelity, especially low end frequency, and the fact that the back round sounds and music are present, it sounds great! I have no complaints and I was skeptical after hearing that shit video as well.
So I hope this puts to rest the Alice call out dilemma!
As far as how it played? There is good news and bad..
The bad news is that the game was not operating correctly. Three problems:
1) Flippers were too weak. This caused the right ramp shot to the upper playfield to not make the climb and roll back down most of the time I managed to make the shot which is challenging. There are some tight shots here, but that is going to make it fun, not too hard. I don't want any pin for home use that isn't a challenge! I think this is something that will be corrected or wasn't intended. After all, this is one of only two prototypes I was told.
2) Slings were way too insensitive. A simple adjustment was needed here.
3) The "back from the dead" magnet below the flippers wasn't working correctly. It would grab the ball but only shoot it about an inch up and then it would fall back down to drain.
Given these shortcomings, it was really not possible to experience a proper game. Everyone I watched as well as myself, rarely made the upper playfield and as a result, I never witnessed the second ball lock (2nd castle window to the right of the 1st castle window). Also, I only saw one guy shoot the upper playfield and make the right habitrail shot back to the flipper in-lane via the cool habitrail swirly (which is cool).
With that said,
The game has great potential and I am super excited for mine! It will scare you at times and catch you off guard if you are snoozing.
The LCD animations are great, the spinner is rewarding, the loop shots are challenging (it's how you select your room/monster) and I can't wait to see the finished product!
*** One suggestion Spooky, you need to angle the LCD back more. The viewing angle for taller people like myself (6'2") causes the screen to become somewhat washed out. When I crouch down a few inches, it looks way more crisp and clear.
I'm not worried that this won't be a killer pin!
Quoted from Borygard:Very glad you enjoyed playing the game.
You must have played early Friday as I adusted the slings and they were perfect after that and all day Saturday.
Yes, I was there Friday until closing.
As far as flipper strength, several people throughout the day commented that they were too weak and I would say at least 75% of the time, the right ramp shot would not make it up to the mini playfield. I played a lot of games throughout the 7 hrs I was there and watched many others play as well, so I have a pretty good idea about it.
Cheers!
For the skeptics here, all you have to do is look at that mic setup on that video. They have one mic on one speaker. How is that supposed to capture the proper mix and fidelity? Standing in front of the pin, Alice's voice sounds far better than this video suggests.
This is why bands record in professional recording studios and not with one mic hanging from someones basement ceiling.
Quoted from DJNOEL30:Any word on game numbers and when they will actually start building these?
Not yet.
Quoted from GuiitarMan:What about cleaning? Any must have books/guides on troubleshooting/repair?
It's all here on Pinside. Best source and help you will find anywhere. Vid's guides are great. He will show you the proper way to clean and wax playfield.
https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/vids-guides-collected
Quoted from IdahoRealtor:Novus 2 for cleaning/polishing the playfield every few hundred plays. Magnetic phillips screw driver. Magnetic quarter inch nut driver. Switch adjustment tool. Replacement rubber bands. Socket wrench set for putting on the legs.
I don't know why you guys keep using Novus 2? All you need for a cleaning is Novus 1. Novus 2 has abrasive in it and this takes off clear coat. Unless you are trying to remove scratches or ground in dirt (ball swirls) you don't need it. Vacuum out the dirt or blow it out with compressed air. That gets most of it. Then Novus 1 and that way you won't remove all the wax along with clear coat. No need to remove old wax. And this way, you don't have to re wax every time you clean.
Quoted from IdahoRealtor:Being that it is a light abrasive, I wonder how many Novus 2 cleanings it takes before the clear is gone. Seems like dozens of Novus 2 cleanings is no problem. Must be a high number.
I'm sure it is.
I can see how someone with as many pins as you would not clean real often and would need Novus 2 more so than someone like me with so few pins. I clean a lot and never get ground in dirt. I really don't care about minor scratches.
Quoted from nikpinball:TNA is coming next week and I'm in the 60's. It's a good week
You lucky bugger!
Still no number for me? I must be #500
Quoted from MT45:BTW - on using Novus 2 ... someone asked how many times before you would remove the clear coat on a PF. If you are using it by hand, it would theoretically not be possible. The amount of CC removed (if any) by a product like Novus 2 is microscopic.
Maybe, but why remove the wax if just doing a routine cleaning? Then you have to re wax. More work, more mess and unnecessary. But what ever blows your hair back.
LOL
All you guys in the 300's and up like me are just going to have to take a cold shower. It'll be a while!
They must have had a shit load of orders that first day. Who knew minutes waiting in indecision would translate to months waiting?
Quoted from SpookyKT:Guys
There are still spots available. The game will be at Allentown in the Pinball Star Booth.
Thank you for the numbers!
** I hope the ACNC at Allentown has newer code and is working better than the one I played?
I'm leaving for Ann Arbor Pinball Showcase today! Doesn't look like an ACNC will be there, but about 400 other awesome pins will be! Yippee!!!
Quoted from ezeltmann:A lot of shots look way tight (tighter than Houdini?) but with no reason to go for ramp , you were limited.
Not sure how you came to this conclusion? Shots are not any tighter than Houdini (yes, I played Houdini at two shows now). Reason to go for ramp is to lock balls and get to upper playfield. But ya, the weak flippers are a problem. This has to be addressed if not due to low voltage at festival.
Quoted from DerGoetz:It is wonderful to know that the Spooky love is strong enough to sell out all 500, wish it would have been a game for me.
So they have sold out all 500?
Quoted from cooked71:Weak flippers have never been a problem on Spooky games, including TNA on Proc- no reason why it would start now.
The problem appears to be low voltage at shows.
Quoted from jgentry:No need for that. State what you don't like about the game, it's just your opinion and everyone's will be different. These are just toys for a hobby though so everyone needs to take this stuff a little less serious though.
Yes, but very expensive toys!
I heard they were going to use balsa wood pin balls so they can make the ramp shot to the upper play field.
Quoted from thirdedition:I'm down, it is going to be a little bit though, I'm #407.
Sometimes wanting is better than having!
Can't wait to see what mods will come out for this pin!
That'll be where I spend the money. Not on butter or powder coat... Too expensive for the likes of me.
Shaker, Knocker, Art blades and Plastic protectors are a must for starters.
Quoted from travisbmartin:I've kind of asked some of the murders already, but I hope someone makes a knife switch to replace the launch button
Quoted from Gear_Grinder:Modders?
OK.
He means one of these then?

Decal idea already used on Monster Bash for start button.

Then every time you throw the switch, it also triggers a Jacobs Ladder on top the back box. LOL!
**I actually built a Jacobs Ladder for a Halloween party in 2005. I used a neon sign transformer providing 15,000 volts to two brazing rods. The arc jumped up to a 2 inch gap! The more voltage the wider the gap that can be jumped and the higher the amps, the thicker the arc. Amps kill though. But even low milli-amp voltage of this magnitude can throw you into cardiac arrest if you have a weak heart. Not to mention, it causes lots of RF interference in the neighborhood! Cool as shit though!
Check out this post #2738 here: https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/total-nuclear-annihilation-cluball-welcome/page/55
You can upgrade the LCD for a $100.00 to much better quality. I know from playing ACNC that the screen has poor viewing angle for taller people (I'm 6'3"). He does it on a TNA, so it should be possible on an ACNC.
Quoted from tacshose:Agreed, I’m tired of seeing this thread bumped, and wasting time checking it, just to see google images Alice pictures
DITTO!
Quoted from greenhornet:best if everyone temper their expectations for the time being.
I already have. So how about you?
Quoted from greenhornet:mods are going to tell you to take it to pm.
or in you're case, pmS!
Quoted from iceman44:Shit you guys are out in the corn fields. I love it!
Lots of expansion room
Maybe SpookieCharlie is one of the Children of the Corn!
Quoted from pinballwil:I really love this game.
But it looks like the color pallet is washed out a bit.
Red looks like something else.
If you're talking about the LCD, it's because they are cheap displays and have terrible viewing angles and need to be set back at an upward angle like on Stern's back box design. Tall people like me see it as washed out. Squat down a little and it looks good. This is why I will upgrade the display with a better one. See my previous post #3001 (top of last page) on this above. I know, I know, you shouldn't have to, but.....

--Scott
Glad to hear it Scott! What changed?
I thought there was still a very noticeable difference between standing and squatting on ACNC.
Quoted from Whridlsoncestood:For one I know the back of the cabinet is taller since the cabinet is more like a dmd era pin than a early SS pin. That puts the display several inches higher too
Of course. That's it! I forgot about that.
Quoted from Mr68:Wow, I am now a music fan of Matt Montgomery. If anyone is interested I looked him up.
http://mattmontgomery.com/matt-montgomery-about-matt.html
Quality music for a change!
Quoted from ZMeny:Played it again this weekend. Still enjoy it and like the way it shoots. Just waiting on the code now
So the flippers weren't weak this time?
How was it getting to upper playfield?
Maybe Steve just meant the theme is Dark as in evil and scary and such?
I did not think the colors where too dark. You can tell that the play field color palette was chosen with this in mind.
You want to see dark, go play an Alien!
Quoted from delt31:...... So any gameplay of this game yet that is high quality? I know when this was first released it was so hard to hear and see and others said that will come eventually.
Did I just miss it?
No and No.
Quoted from snakesnsparklers:RZ was also a dark game by design. It's pretty easy to brighten any game up if it's too dark for your taste in stock form.
Yes, Pin Stadium Lighting!
Quoted from Magicchiz:Wow that picture is so much better then Alice Photos!
Magicchiz
Snooze fest here in the club.
Dude! You need to find something else to occupy your mind for a while!
As much as I like Maiden, the Spike system scares the shit out of me!
https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/what-are-your-thoughts-on-the-spike-ii-system
Quoted from Cheeks:it's almost a certainty that there will be a ton of these showing up on the secondary market.
Well since there are only going to be 500 made, I wouldn't call that "a ton".
Quoted from greenhornet:for you to wait that long takes an insane amount of patients.
Always, good things come to those that wait!
Quoted from greenhornet:is that from the book of proverbs?
how about this one: "all good things must come to an end".
No, just my life experience has taught me that patience pays off.
And you are right. If you wait long enough, the world will end!
Quoted from davijc02:The thought of exploring the castle and defeating monsters seems really cool! The display and limited amount of animations that I’ve seen also look great!!
Yes, I also cannot resist the dungeon crawl experience on a pinball especially with such amazing art and LCD display and the world under glass! I can't imagine this not being a sought after collectors game. Also, Spooky quality and support!
052-tpf-2018 (resized).jpgQuoted from dnaman:Great picture! Is this from the HoF? How does the blue PC look overall?
I just got it off Pinball News.
https://www.pinballnews.com/site/2018/03/18/alice-coopers-nightmare-castle/
Quoted from djreddog:My guess is there is at least another one on location somewhere based on this post:
"Has anyone had any time on this game yet? I started playing one on location yesterday and had a bunch of confusing moments, but wasn’t sure if they were due to incomplete code or mechanical issues. I’ve only had about 5 games on it, so these are very early impressions and are relatively uninformed.
When the mode is ready, it says to start it at the secret passage. The passage shot is lit, but when shooting it, the ball just comes around the right orbit without starting a mode. After a drain, launching the next ball will start the lit mode though.
Shooting the center scoop builds the mystery, but when mystery is lit on the left scoop it doesnt award anything, just stays lit.
When you use the outlane ball save (earned and used just like TNA), there is a magnet below the flippers that grabs the ball. I thought it was going to toss the ball back into play like 007, but it just dropped it and another ball autolaunched into play. Is this the intended behavior?
The ramps are STEEP. This is a brand new game and the shot needs to be damn near perfect for the left ramp (which will usually roll back sdtm) and absolutely perfect and preferably with a moving ball to make the right ramp. Maybe flipper strength can be adjusted in settings, but as it stands they’re super difficult and frustrating.
A plea to Spooky - PLEASE give some warning on the left scoop kickout. A light, a sound effect, something! There are two hidden scoops in the middle of the playfield that feed the left kickout and it’s very unclear where the ball is coming from.
I ended up in multiball once over 5 games because the ramps were so hard to hit. And the goal when the multiball started was… shoot the ramps! Good grief. Well with the traffic of multiball it was even tougher to hit the already difficult ramps. Again, this could come down to a flipper strength setting.
Shots that exit the right orbit are almost always catching the right sling. Is this intended, or possibly a pitch issue? Maybe the game is set too steep, I don’t know. Could explain the ramp difficulty though.
That’s all I can think of for now, but I’ll add more as I get more time on it. The art and display are nicely done. Couldn’t really hear the audio because of the noisy room. Upper playfield is unique and gives some good nudging opportunities, but I didn’t make it up there enough to really get a feel for it."
Sounds like the same problem I had back at PATZ. Low voltage at shows. Also shows are almost always too loud to hear anything and they probably didn't set angle right either.
Quoted from cooked71:That’s the very last thing you should be worried about. You should be more concerned about whether to get butter cab or not.
No, I can't justify it.
$1000.00 can buy a lot of cool mods though!
Quoted from BOHICA:Proof that life in the US has become incredibly easy in the last century:
Especially for the top 1%.
Quoted from trilogybeer:Did Alice do any LIONMAN callouts for this game ????
LOL!
And I really love that game (SoF). But that callout drives me nuts!
Quoted from jgentry:Or educated, people that say things like that have zero clue how things really work..
I'll tell you what. We can take it to PM and you can show me how educated you are. OK?
Quoted from Tilt:Like this guy trilogybeer
Ooo, sexy!
He's playing the right game though.
Well the way I see it, if you have multiple pins then it just gets hidden anyway. Better to spend it on mods that show.
Quoted from dnapac:View from the front door. The guitar will come down, and ACNC will go there. I see my games as pieces of art. So, for me, the butter cab on this particular machine makes total sense. Those with game rooms in the basement with pins tight, side-by-side, it wouldn’t be worth it.
And IMO, you will have the better of the two sides exposed.
Quoted from pballjunkie:I too, am looking forward to them streaming some more content of what this pin can do tomorrow evening. It already looks amazing from top to bottom, phenomenal art package and playfield, animations like out of a comic book, even the tight shots look fun. I've been in since day one and personally can't wait to get mine.
A dungeon crawl pinball machine? I don't know about you, but to me, (a Dungeon Master from the past), this is a wet dream!
Quoted from davijc02:I originally wasn’t into this game due to me not connecting with the theme but damn after watching that stream it looks super cool!
Now do I go after TNA OR ACNC? I don’t think I can swing both unfortunately.
The tight shots aren’t a huge worry for me as I already have a RZ and the orbits shots on that game are tight!!
I too struggled with this decision! I'm still considering a TNA next.
If you want multiplayer and like co-op mode, then TNA is the one.
Quoted from davijc02:I’m just impatient and want all the new toys right away lol.
Yes, I have been called manic on more than one occasion!

Quoted from ArcadeVideo:The skill shot slot machine, ...Is there a way to make it seem less like a Vegas-style slot machine, and more "nightmarish" or "spooky?" I think it's a cool idea that the skill shots change up randomly, and you can risk points on making the skill shots. However, I felt that the slot machine presentation doesn't fit well with the game's theme and tone. Maybe get the creatures involved in this aspect of the game too? You can never have too many monsters, spiders, bats or snakes in a pin, just sayin'.
I totally agree with this!
Quoted from robertmee:Thanks for the stream. I am impressed by the dots...really dig the comic book theme.
Dots? LOL!
No dots here.
Quoted from markymark2400:does the monster do anything?? theres no real toy?
It goes up and down.
Quoted from robertmee:C'mon...it's pretty well recognized that 'dots' refers to any animated display screen...LCD or otherwise. Several posters refer to it the same, even after your silly comment
And somehow this upsets you.
Quoted from robertmee:Lol...not at all. But it must you to have made such a useless comment to begin with. Did you really think you were educating anyone as to what dots were?
AAAnd you're still going on about it?
Quoted from markymark2400:WOW - such creativity! haha. FFS!
The art work and display are plenty creative! And yes, I hope they tweak the shots better too, but I am confident this will be a great game.
It would be cool though if Franky popped up and served cocktails.

I just requested that the lighted eye speaker grills with matching powder coat (standard color as in picture above) be added to the build list for an additional $95.00
Quoted from dnaman:I hope that this means that the speaker grills are matching.
Yes it does.
Quoted from DrMark12PA:Trying to decide on upgrades and making the decision between the Monster Mirrors or the interior cabinet decals for the sides.... Any opinions/recommendations?
Decals! IMO spooky theme like this needs spooky art.
Quoted from dnapac:I kinda wonder if they are secretive on numbers because sometimes they aren’t linear (butter cabs, distros who order more than one, etc). Pinsiders would be losing their minds if they felt their numbers were skipped over. Spooky will make good. I have watched them from the beginning and they are good people, that put the customer first...just be patient.
Yes. They do give previous buyers priority. So probably other considerations as well. This is only reasonable IMO. I just want to get my game (#330) by June 2019 because that is when most of my family and friends come to visit, but whatever.

Great vid!
Dude has good nudging skills. And I can see this is important for upper playfield success! I'm lovin it!
YA BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How is it that it glows so well by the flipper button area? It's great that it's on the end of the row. Way too cool to not have exposed!
The Problem with these videos is that the players are all noobs that don’t know the shots. Heck, some players clearly stated that they didn’t know there was an upper playfield. Lol
Not a good indicator of game play compared to someone who actually owned the game.
Quoted from markymark2400:Because yes, some of us are new to pinball (which is fair enough) - , I was laughed at by a total c*nt for asking where the ramps are, but its so dark and the ball is not easy to see at the back of the playfield, that I do not think it was an unreasonable question for a newbie as you say! We need better videos, they will come...
Yes, ACNC is confusing to figure out at first because so much is hidden. I didn’t, get the layout at first either. All the more reason we need veteran game play videos for analysis. As you say, “they will come”.
Quoted from Pinstein:I think its unflattering videos like the one above that's makes people want to sell their preorder. I cant hear the music or callouts and there are so many bricked shots.
That’s what I meant about noob vs. verteran players. Noobs really make a game look like it plays like shit!
Quoted from Cheeks:Agreed, but these are actual players, and almost all the videos that come out look like this. So, the problem is if a potential buyer's friends and family also have noob-like skills, you're seeing what will likely happen with the game in their home. Not everyone is buying a game for a single highly skilled player or a group of rabid pinheads. If every video shows casual people bricking shots, you better believe you're going to be watching a ton of casual players brick shots in your basement as well.
None of this says anything good or bad about the game for serious / skilled players, but I think we're seeing what this game will be like for everyone else.
The lion share of the market is home buyers. Non pinheads aren’t spending 7 grand on nib pinball machines. The only people that play pinball at my house are my wife and I and one friend who likes pinball. We will all play it. I play like shit on every new game I play. How’s this different? You want a game so easy a noob can blow it up? Not for my small collection.
Quoted from dnapac:When i do have casual players at my house (which is rare). They could really care less. Put a couple games on the machine monkey flipping the whole time. The more I explain the game, the quicker they leave for their next drink.
LOL. Ain’t that the truth!
Quoted from fantarama:and this game in particular X10.
You don't like it, don't buy it.
You been showing up on this thread for over 6 months trolling this game (that you never played) and also trolling me on other threads about this game. Get a life!
Quoted from DerGoetz:and I would rather see a beginner get an Iron Man than this brick fest. At least even missed shots with IM are somewhat rewarding, this on the other looks terrible, in video after video.
Ya, unlike you, I actually played it and liked it. You just watch noobs playing videos and make judgement. Very noob of you.
Quoted from DerGoetz:Then show me up and buy one..... didn't think so.....
My deposit is payed noob! Haven’t you been paying attention for the last 6 months?
Quoted from DerGoetz:Ahhh...buyers remorse...now i understand.
Sorry the game is too hard for you.
Quoted from Magicchiz:Boy my Alice Cooper pictures were better than this pointless bitching!
Ya! This thread would be be nowhere without your Alice Cooper pictures!
Quoted from colonel_caverne:So there is no connection with a particular game, just the way how a player plays, correct?
Yes, not a job I would want nowadays!
I played this game in a fairly quiet environment where I could hear it and it sounded fine to me.
I would say that it could have been a little better in that regard, but it sure as hell ain’t a deal breaker when you look at the whole package!
But, this is Pinside. The drama must go on!
Quoted from newovad:If it don't have a ramp then it don't make me damp.
LOL!
This must have came from the TNA Thread.
There is no perfect pin people! If you’re looking for it, you should probably find another hobby! I bought this pin because I will probably never see one on the used market where I am and I love the theme and art work and music. Like every other pin, when I tire of it, I may sell it and buy another one. I don’t get all this drama over trivial matters. You don’t like, don’t buy it!
Quoted from colonel_caverne:You just only need to find the perfect pinball for you.
MM and TWDLE are perfections for me. Don’t care if they are not for other people.
And how would you really know that if you never bought it and learned all it’s idiosyncrasies?
Quoted from markymark2400:agreed - I mean the music and sound quality are great, the call outs sadly I completely agree with you on, sounds like he was on xanax or something that day, the animations are the best I have seen , the game play, hmmm, despite everyone thinking I am upset because I sold my spot, (not the case) I think people will tire of the play v v fast, huge amounts of cognitive dissonance in this group, but YMMV.... let's see what STDM / Buffalo reviews say when someone can get hold of one.
Can't wait for more codes and more videos, I am allowed to still be really hopeful as would still buy one in 2020 if any come up for resale and improves, love AC!
The only one suffering from cognitive dissonance here is you! You obviously don’t like it enough to buy, so move on and quit bothering the rest of us!
And I couldn’t care less about what SDTM has to say about it. I don’t need others to tell me what to think about a pinball machine they don’t own!
Quoted from markymark2400:Good for you, I will NOT move on, I have as much right to see what happens with this pin as anyone else, and my views are balanced. You clearly don't understand what cognitive dissonance even is... I am not bothering anyone, it is a forum, not a fan page, it is for DISCUSSION.
Get a grip. As I have said before the culture of bullying on this forum (not sure about pinside as a whole as new to the hobby) if someone does not say entirely positive things is ridiculous... Totally ridiculous. I am a huge AC fan my whole life and pinball fan, I am interested to see what happens and if the pin improves I would still buy one. I think STDM are absolutely legends and great you don't need others to review things, but I look forward to it. Troll off.
Your the one that accused people on this thread of having cognitive dissonance! I know what it means and you have it!
Quoted from markymark2400:Someone that uses grammar like "your the one" just needs to shut up. Says everything I need to know about you. I am sure you googled it and you think you know what it is, you my friend are quite simply what we call in the UK a tosser.
Let's compare CVs and see who knows more about psychology shall we, why don't you post your linkedin profile so we can see who you are and where you were educated and I will post my educational background. Put up or shut up "BitchIE! More like.
Yup! I'm so stupid. I made a typo. Should have been "you're the one" I guess you are just too smart for me! All big and intellectual and everything! I'll go to the back of the bus now because you are the superior one! You know what cognitive dissonance means.
I bet you know more about masterbation too!
And you'RE what we call a CACA-PEE-PEE WA-WA in the USA!
