Game looks sick as s**t.

Tight shots? It took Deadflip a couple games to learn the shots and he started to nut it. Orbits are a bit challenging but he got there fast.

Bowen’s nudging was sick. Kept the ball in play in all kinds of scenarios. And he nailed the tighter orbit shots with great consistency.

Guys wanting loose open shots everywhere? Seriously? I guess you can go buy a AFM and feel good. Look at IMDN. The ramps are super tough. Watch the streams and you see all the top players brick them. Yet it’s flying off shelves. Owning that pin I love the challenge of the ramps. And I steadily improve. These orbits remind me of the same challenge.

The right orbit on a TNA is similar toughness.

I want an ACNC as my monster pin. But I’m waiting to see MBr, Munsters before I decide. But by then ACNC is sold out lol. So if I decide to go that way I’ll be buying a spot in line or trying to get one used some day.

That’s the rough part here. We finally see a stream yet they are about sold out. Pretty weird hobby.

For the game designers, seems like a very careful balance of making shots too challenging. And keeping the pin fun instead of frustrating. Hard job.

Pinball is pretty freaking hard without tighter shots with posts. In the case like the "sim card" shot on DI, it's a super duper reward, multiplier. So maybe it made sense. But for a shot you have to hit regularly to complete modes, very tight shots requiring some luck to hit makes less sense to me. I suck, but pinball is already freaking hard enough for most of us, isn't it?

What's weird is that we're having this discussion on this game after they are pretty much sold out. I don't have the option to wait until I get to play it in person, see how new owners receive it. It's weird to me, being new to the hobby, that I have to go in blind for a chance to get the game.

Ideally I want to play MBr, ACNC, Munsters and decide. Guess this is totally unrealistic. Maybe it works longer term if I want to buy a ACNC used instead of NIB. But I'm mostly a NIB buyer. If I want a MBr LE, I'll have to buy before playing it also.

Just watched karl play it. Huge flow, shots look right. Blew it up over 100m. Looks crazy fun.

Ball got loss for the second time. Maybe a few tweaks needed. Otherwise it looks freaking awesome.

Weird hobby where you have to race to put a deposit on a game you’ve never played to get an early spot. Then wait up to a year to get it. Meanwhile new machines are announced. That already are shipping. And if you want out you have to sell your deposit for a loss.

I love my TNA. But damn, I don’t think I can do this again.
