All I know it there is some new content and it looks like some place holders also?
Ben is a pretty funny guy, but I honestly have no idea. At one point earlier today there was an image of the foamcore pf Ben is working on, but now that appears to be removed.
worth note that I think Charlie is designer for game #3? Ben mentioned on the Aliens stream that his game will be atleast 9-12 months out so i doubt they are announcing it???
A Meatloaf pinball in any sort of production form would be a great waste of resources and investment.

like The Jetsons?
I'd be really surprised if it was actually a MeatLoaf pinball machine. Maybe it's a reference to stuff MeatLoaf has done? Rocky Horror, maybe?
A Fight Club pinball machine would be super ironic, given the source material...
Quoted from Knoler:I'd be really surprised if it was actually a MeatLoaf pinball machine
You don't know ben very well then
Quoted from rai:like The Jetsons?
I dunno. I think Jetsons at least could generate 300 buyers for the nastalgia. Meatloaf though? I mean I obviously know who he is but do not know one fan of the music. I am sure they are out there? Nah, they're not.

*raises his hand*. Big fan right here. Been listening to him since I was a kid. I love it. it surprises most people I know when they hear some of my unusual musical interests.

I absolutely love Meatloaf. He has made some powerful music. Meatloaf in his heyday was fantastic. Have you not heard the Bat Out of Hell album? 43 million albums sold, and one of the highest selling albums of all time, so yes there are fans. I urge you to listen to that album and I think you might have a different opinion.
Now I'm not saying there should be a Meatloaf Pinball machine. (I'm not saying there shouldn't either) But don't knock the music man.

Not trying to knock their music at all. I bet I like it. Just saying that making a Meatloaf pinball in production quantities is a bad idea. If Heck is doing it it'll be a one-off or 3.
I guess the challenge would be to find a 300 unit intersection of Meatloaf fans and those willing to shell out $6k-$7k for a pinball.
Quoted from Mudflaps:I would do anything for Ben. But I won't do that.
Lol. That was a classic song though, you have to admit.

You might be right, but if it was done right you might be surprised.
The original Bat Out of Hell and the album after it, Dead Ringer, were both fantastic. I never considered myself a fan but those two are classics.
If this is a joke though, you have to admit it's an epic one.

Yeah, I mean if it's an awesome table, then yep, no problem. If it's going to like the other 3 tables, well then I'm not sure.
Ben heck just tweeted a Meatloaf inspired "Now in Texas! Where I would do anything for pinball...but I won't do that. Oh no. I won't do that."
Sad face.

You must have meant to write "happy face." Either he's actually, improbably, making a Meatloaf pin (which would be kinda awesome) or he's epically trolling (which would be super awesome). Either way, cheers to Ben!

He replied to a tweet of mine and said he has nothing to do with this game. His next game for Spooky is the one after this game.
Quoted from Rondogg:Rocky Horror would be awesome.
Class of 1812 characters are based on Rocky Horror. Take a good long look at backglass and playfield and you'll see the resemblance.

Search Meatloaf on YOUTUBE and youll see this rock star from the 70s,80s,90s

It's both a horrible dinner and a bad "music" act from the 70s/80s/90s.

Quoted from romulusx:Paradise by the dashboard lights, was my theme song back in 1976
I loved my 1970 Chevy van
A good fit, but how could "Chevy Van" not have been your theme song?
Quoted from fosaisu:A good fit, but how could "Chevy Van" not have been your theme song?
Chevy van didn't have the line "we were barely seventeen and we were barely dressed"
Quoted from J85M:Ok if its being revealed tonight @ 11pm EST, according to my iphones worldwide clocks its 15:30 EST now? damn I will need to be up LATE for this reveal oh well looks like my emergency popcorn supply is going to come in handy tonight
Damn good idea.
Sometimes you got to do what you got to do
I don't want to miss the reveal, I have been keen to support Spooky, but so far the first couple of themes just wouldn't do well in my house, I pretty much buy what I enjoy but also what my kids know and would like and enjoy theme wise as there is nothing better than flipping at home with the little ones watching them smile and enjoying themselves.
Quoted from PinballSTAR:Charlie actually sleeps with a Scooby Doo blankie, don't read too much into anything...
PinballSTAR is proudly Spooky's only distributor and if you are interested in Game # 3 you can get on an 'interested' list we will keep. There will be no sales made, no deposits, at this time - just keeping a list of those who want to be in the know when all the details are released by Spooky later.
We will have a decent allotment which we first will be offering spots to our prior AMH and RZ buyers then what's left is up for grabs to public. At 500 there should be plenty for whoever wants one...
We know the theme and it's *%#(%@(^ awesome... : )
Please email with 'Spooky #3 Interested' in the subject line to [email protected]
