Super excited for this one. Who’s in??
Quoted from Bartzenegger:Oh crap ! Here we go ! I wanna see first !
I wonder are they putting in all 400 movies ?!
Just based on the original '78 film.

Plot twist, it's only Resurrection with Busta Rhymes call outs. haha
Looking forward to the orgy of FOMO and “I got medical bills” flipping on this one.
Great license should be another instant sellout.
Hope there’s a “HALLOWEEN 3: WTF?!” edition.
Quoted from nogoodnames222:Just based on the original '78 film.
I hope this is the case!! Teaser video certainly makes it seem so.
Teaser seems to be in sort of 3d for some reason?
Quoted from CrazyLevi:Hope there’s a “HALLOWEEN 3: WTF?!” edition.
God I hope so
Quoted from gliebig:Looking forward to 10 new threads on the topic.
New thread. Should I get Halloween or Toy Story?
Lol
Quoted from Beechwood:FS: HW CE spot#666. $66,600
In memory of Edwin, possibly donate some proceeds to the local hamster shelter.
Quoted from Atari_Daze:Who's gonna be first for the club thread???
Probably 4-5 people so we can go thru the usual thread closing club rules etc
Quoted from jellikit:In memory of Edwin, possibly donate some proceeds to the local hamster shelter.
Fuck Edwin. Turns out he ordered $4,000 worth of shit from Chewy.com and charged it to me before he died.
RIP you little bastard.
Quoted from TheLaw:Probably 4-5 people so we can go thru the usual thread closing club rules etc
And then get all bent out of shape about it.
Stoked. Who will do call outs though? Pleasance died, Curtis is too expensive. Busta Rhymes is probably needing some cash right now.

I think we are looking at DVD clip / soundalike city for this one.

Pleasance stand in - like they had in the new Halloween?
Either way, super pumped. So happy Spooky picked Halloween.
Quoted from Isochronic_Frost:Didn’t Colsond3 just start making a custom Halloween pin???? Poor guy
I’m all good. Was told it was coming a while back. Mine will be different, and more appropriate machine consistent with timeframe the first movie was released.
And my cabinet and playfield will be more shiny

Probably Tom Cane

I am surprised you didn't go with an appropriate art style for the timeframe the movie was released.
I'm envious of the people that will be getting this pin.
I'll bet Spooky knocks it out of the park with this one !
LTG : )
I'm in unless I miss out. Spooky should make a rule that people can't sell there games for 1 year after purchase or the game will self destruct.
I can’t wait to see the layout and theme integration! Definitely not a pin theme for us but I think spooky will do a great job on it. I have friends getting it (fingers crossed) so I’ll get to play it over at their house.
Quoted from Palmer:I am surprised you didn't go with an appropriate art style for the timeframe the movie was released.
We experimented over a month or so with 3 different four-color palette stencils typical to late 70's SS pins, but it just kept looking like an outline or silhouette. After all that work, and given the theme, I wanted it to look better...and more artistic and detailed.
But this thread is about Spooky's game, so I'm trying not to discuss mine here too much. I appreciate the people that have followed mine, or continue to.
I'm excited to see what Charlie and his team came up with.
Quoted from 27dnast:Wonder when they’ll show it?
After they sell out?
Oh wait, that's Stern.....
That's Stern, right?
3 levels of play, tons of upgrades, and they said "it's the most fully loaded fun smooth shooting completely unique game in Spooky history."
They are getting ahead of the next AP and Elwin game by releasing game hints, backside of the playfield, theme, updates on their upgraded parts, etc.
It's a great move by Spooky.
Quoted from 27dnast:Wonder when they’ll show it?
I am hoping that they will have at least one onhand at SFGE in Atlanta in August... they usually have a large presence at that show!
Quoted from nexfx:does anyone know when it gos on sale?
These days you lock one up with a distributor before the theme is even announced.
Dumping some info floating around that people may have missed:
- Definitely the 1978/original Halloween, confirmed in the teaser vid's Youtube Description.pasted_image2 (resized).png
- Piggy D (Rob Zombie's bassist) seems to be involved going off the interaction on Spooky's IG post, so I'd expect some original guitar-heavy tracks.pasted_image (resized).png
- Jason Edmiston rumored for art (I believe that's who did Spooky's new FB profile picture), via Pinball Paparazzi on Facebook. He's done some gorgeous Halloween posters.pasted_image3 (resized).png
Really excited to play this and see what Spooky can do with a theme they're so obviously passionate about.
Quoted from Coolpinballdino:Pretty excited for this game probably will get the CE.
Big spender!!!
Quoted from JustLikeMe:Will there be a chance to join the fang club after the reveal but before pre-orders go live?
Nah, Spooky doesn't like money.
Quoted from CrazyLevi:Nah, Spooky doesn't like money.
So what you’re saying is I get the game for free?
Any idea when we get to see what the game actually looks like? I am 90% in, but I have to see a playfield I like.
Quoted from Ty-Arnold:I am 90% in, but I have to see a playfield I like.
Spooky has the best playfields in the business.
Quoted from Spiderpin:Spooky has the best playfields in the business.
Yes sir. I have a feeling This will be the best pinball this year and actually built with quality.
Quoted from nogoodnames222:Just based on the original '78 film.
Including 2 would make sense since it is a direct serial to 1. It then goes off the rails with whatever 3 is. Then 4-6 are in a different universe where Laurie is michael's sister. And then Busta rhymes kung fu Micheal
