I'm getting this but I don't trust it, item still in cart and account history doesn't show it was purchased, nor did I get any confirmation email. Hmmm

I think I may have ordered it twice. Or not at all. I got a "Your order has been received. Thank you for your business! (ID: 252)" once at 10:10am, then the site crashed again. I checked my orders at 10:15 and it said I don't have any orders associated with my account. So, I ordered again at 10:19, and went through the same process. The spooky website is horrible...like 15 years ago myspace. Hard to take a company seriously when this is how they run a launch.

Now, when I try to check my account, the message reads "This store is closed. Please try again later." If I didn't get one, I will take it as a sign for the better. I mean, they couldn't even make a gameplay video before launch, and there is probably a reason why.

I kept having problems with my order but it eventually went through at 9:08. check your email I think their problem is actually when it comes payment processing.

Why is there an 18 month window? Is that as long as the license allows them to manufacture them? If so, sounds like a bad deal. Why wouldn't you want to sell more if the demand is there? If you are always running out of supply, that's not good business. Maybe I'm missing something. Any idea what the turnaround time is for the different models?

Ordered a Halloween CE through pinballstar as soon as email came, PayPal receipt 7:01…I’ve bought a couple CGC from them and had great experience. Can’t wait for this to come….wasn’t on my radar so will have to make room.

Are we supposed to get a confirmation email mail? They gave me a order number and said it went through, but it doesn't show up in my order history....? This is a shit show, too bad.....

Tried for 35 minutes on Spooky’s website, shipping method kept tying it up and wouldn’t go through. Jumped on PinballSTAR and ordered no problem, my guess is they’ll just keep taking orders through infinity and sort it later, lots of people going to think they got one…

Well I finally got in, but after this long I'll be too far down the list and the wait will be too long. So I guess we'll start seeing some Slots for sale in the market soon

Because they don't want to be making Halloween/Ultraman for beyond that time period, any pinball manufacturer would want to be on to the next game, after that long. And Spooky is a small company, they can't just flex up to 50 games a week, like Stern. It takes 18 months to build that many machines.

That's funny. Several years ago I was in line for a TV on Black Friday. I was talking to the guy behind me who was from India. I asked what he was there to purchase and he said that he was just there to look around. The crowds on Black Friday reminded him of home.
