Order #11616 halloween ce
Game #471
Looking to move up if anyone wants to move back.
You get a CE? If so your order # is very close to mine. Bank on a number between 750 and 900.
Quoted from djsolzs:Invoice 11824 and nothing yet...

My order number is YOUR ORDER ID NUMBER IS: 11318. And it was a CE.
Quoted from apessino:Halloween CE, Spooky direct, order 11477 went through on 07/07/21 at 9:38am, slot #278
Temperature was 73°, winds were calm, the marine layer was beginning to clear and give way to plenty of sunshine, the red-tailed California hawks were screeching in the distance, looking for prey.
Best game number announcement post ever.

Thanks for doing this btw. It's going to be interesting to watch the orders being fulfilled...
Halloween BSE #1123
Order # 11632
From Spooky
Whoever gets 1127, I would like to switch spots with you.
So it appears first 50 to Vip’s and locations like they said. Then they took the next 50-100 to Spooky direct, then 100- -150 amongst distributors, 150-200 back to Spooky. They definitely are incentivizing people to order direct.
The first 50 are a mix of things. On the Ultraman thread we have a few guys from Oz that are under 50, and one of the Project Pinball raffles is #16. But yes, if you want a low number, direct is the way to go.
Was in the middle of watching H20 and I got my email #, literally when she cuts off Michael's head. Great timing!!

Except there is one death save. Take Ballykiss1978. He waited 2 weeks after launch for gameplay that never came and then got one from a distributor. He still got #790. So unless you get in with Spooky in the first 30mins, then a person should just go to a distributor instead as he would snag one of their unclaimed auto assigned 50/50/50 "spot holds" that are sitting dormant?
Got #592... (not happy with my card getting declined when sales opened [not Spooky's fault], then trapped refreshing the site for another hour in a panic). I'm not generally a top tier buyer, but specifically went CE to get an earlier spot, so the way it went is pretty depressing. Guess it will still be earlier than some...

SPOILER

Oops. I thought 23 years was enough time. But too soon
Quoted from mpdpvdpin:HWN CE Order 11821 game # 690
...let the waiting continue to begin!
Spooky FANG club order # 11851, but ordered through PinballSTAR a few minutes before. It will be interesting to see what machine # I end up with compared to your Spooky direct.

Its too bad you couldnt get an earlier #, to get started on some mods!! Cant wait to see what you come up with. Maybe someone will trade spots.

Yeah I waited and kinda regret it. But I would rather have a later run so any issues can be addressed. I don’t mind waiting 6 to 10 months. I waited 8 months for Elvira. This pin was my wife’s choice and she wanted to wait for gameplay video also before dropping the money on one.
But she and I also did not want to miss out on getting one for retail. I know the prices will not come down, well I assume they won’t. I stated I am not a slasher film fan and was really disappointed it wasn’t Scooby Doo, but Halloween looks amazing and had to get a CE for my wife. She loves the holiday, and is a fan of old school horror movies and movies like the Conjuring.
I am excited for Halloween and just hope gameplay lives up to the price tag for a CE. So going with Nitro and getting spot 790 is ok with me. At least I have one secured and hopefully with Spooky’s expansion they will crank them out faster than R&M.
Being order 790, does that mean I am number 790 of CE’s ordered, or am I number 790 of all models ordered?

This is my favorite pinside post of all time. Well done sir.

Indeed, though I've got plenty of ideas lined up for other games while I wait (many on the back burner for years).
Will be busy will AMH production for a bit, then hoping to finish ACNC (I've had something in mind since the beginning, and only just realized a couple days ago how I may be able to engineer it). Then plans for Whirlwind and Stranger Things as soon as I can.
It will be okay
Quoted from BallyKISS1978:Being order 790, does that mean I am number 790 of CE’s ordered, or am I number 790 of all models ordered?
I would think you are #790 of the CEs ordered (Halloween CE and Ultraman CE).
Quoted from djsolzs:1231 all the way at the end
not quite, i have 1 after you so far
Per the email they are hoping to make 20-40 machines a week. So my 1221 is 30 to 60 weeks out. That isn't half as bad as I was thinking it'd be.
Quoted from Rockytop:This is my favorite pinside post of all time. Well done sir.
Ha ha.. thank you! It was a very important moment, so I was paying attention.
On a serious note: I am really impressed they can sustain a production rate of 20 to 40 machines per week. They sure have made a lot of progress in their throughput over the last couple of years!
Quoted from brerspidur:taking a break now.

Game #: 568
Edition: Halloween CE
Invoice #: 11696
Distributor: Spooky Direct

So I got 1116. Blood Sucker. I was there at the start of the sale but their web site constantly crashing meant I could not check out until 9:40. I guess I slipped. Lol. It gets here when it gets here.

Fang Club order 10766, also ordered through PinballSTAR. Wait I shall to see my CE number.
