That board has labeled" sockets" 5v and 12v. You should be good to use the other socket.
Quoted from jakedistel:Unfortunate, but exactly the same situation. This is all USPS and not Vimtoman at all. I paid him one day and it was on its way from the UK within 24 hours and in Chicago within 48 hours. Great service on his end. I put in an inquiry send the local USPS ran with it and was advised that it is a customs matter. My plan is to keep on inquiring at the USPS level. Whether it will help is uncertain. It does appear that the typical release from ISC is taking about 2 weeks based upon what I am seeing in this thread. Enjoy the anticipation is all we can do. Definitely looking forward to owning this really unique and innovative mod. Again, great work, Andrew!!!!!
For what it is worth, and hopefully the case for you, it appears that my package has left Chicago this morning and is on its way to Michigan. Mine also landed in Chicago on April 13. I did report an issue/request an inquiry several times with USPS. Not certain if that assisted or not. Good luck. Really looking forward to this mod!
Quoted from BlueRiverLore:The highly-efficient USPS has my mod and I'm still waiting.
'Your item has been processed through our facility in ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) at 5:11 pm on April 13, 2022.'

Thanks! It runs on 12v not 5v?

I've also seen movement and my package has left Chicago then Indy and now on it's way to my home... possibly for delivery tomorrow.

Looks better at a distance .
Maybe look for a model railway version as they probably come in various scales.
I am interested in this I would love buy it, paint it, and add it to my machine. I paint miniatures all the time.

Looks like mine just might be delivered today! It's at least in the correct city. Haha.
Quoted from BallyKISS1978:House mod installed last night. Love it. My daughter painted the weathering. Thank you so much Vimtoman! My wife and daughters love it! I posted on Facebook group so you should hopefully get some more orders.

Paintjob looks great. Thanks for showing us.
Nice to see all adding their personal touch.
Think leaving it the way I did worked out Ok
Received Halloween mod today. That was 11 days from payment to delivery. Looks great! I'll need to give it some detail via a black wash and dry brushing but it's gonna look great!

My daughter used brown mixed with some black for the roof, and made grey for the house siding.

Good point. Maybe, I will shoot it with clear to seal it.
Quoted from Vimtoman:I'm struggling to keep up making these Halloweens.
I have decided on some changes.
So have to do some artwork to do for lazer cutting.
Do you have access to a laser cutter/machine? If not, let me know. Take your time, we know they'll be awesome and I for one am looking forward to one
Please add me to list for halloween mods, they look freaking amazing.
I would like the highest end model, Im assuming thats on the one w/ the screens.
Quoted from rdonohue13:Did I hear there are options for with and without screens?
If you don't order the window screens, then it comes with storm windows instead.
Quoted from BallyKISS1978:My daughter used brown mixed with some black for the roof and grey for the house siding.
Looks nice. Has anyone hired a handyman to fix the bent and broken piece of gutter that's hanging down?
Quoted from littlecammi:If you don't order the screens, then it comes with storm windows instead.
I asked and was told I cannot order it without the screens. I would love to have this mod, but I only want the 3D printed part. Oh well, maybe someday he'll make that an option.

No storm windows mentioned?
Ive mentioned to all that asked for a "no LCD version" that its not being made for quite a while.
Thats a lit window version with translites on both side.
I'm not really keen on doing it though.
Definitely not making a shell only version.
I cant cover everyones wants so how the mod comes out is my choice.
The Ultraman mod is next then once that is done I may work on it.
