Not at all. Matter of fact whenever I say spooky out loud it brings a smile to my face. Whenever I mention spooky pinball to friends their immediately interested compared to when I say stern pinball or jersey jack pinball. The word spooky sounds intriguing and elicits a thirst to want to know more.(my response)

No offense to the owners of that name as it's a fine name, but yuck when I say that out loud. Spooky pinball rings the senses and stays implanted in the mind forever. As for the ghost i see it as a badge of honor and looks so fn cool as do all that see it in my gameroom. No clue how you could even mention weird eyesore. But hey, you like what you like, I like what I like. PLEASE SPOOKY, never change your name and please dont lose the branding. Kinda like your autograph, but 100× better as real autographs are just plain silly imo. (My response)

That said I can't help but think there is likely some people that would have interests in both machines. At face value they have very little to do with each other, but I think a lot of horror fans would also have interest in rubber suit Kaiju film's.
I've never seen Ultraman, but the pin looks gorgeous and ad someone mentioned earlier this would be very attractive to pair with a Godzilla.
I'm sorta rambling, but I guess my point is probably some fans would have bought both games if separate layout, and I'm sure a few may have even gotten both.
I like the concept of Spooky's approach here though, and hope it continues. One layout and maybe a more hardcore theme paired with a more family friendly theme. I'd love it if this might allow for more niche themes that might not be viable on their own. Like I'd love to get a cult horror film like Killer Klowns from Outer Space, or Hellraiser, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, the list goes on

Those are both ******* fantastic ideas. I think Scooby Doo and the Reluctant Werewolf would fall in the same category. I've played lots of twisted metal 4 for sure. Would it just be a more grungy version of AP Hotwheels though? haha. Come to think of it, nobody has done a modern video game theme that I know of. Potentially untapped market there, and I have a handfull of ideas that I think would kill in that category.
