Did they put up pricing yet?

Also you can add $995 for a Butter cabinet on CE and BSE
Awesome, thanks for that!
Is there a features matrix anywhere?
Are the differences between the CE and BSE the topper, shooter knob, laser cut rails, different powder coat and red plastic protectors?
Aside from that, everything is the same?

Wow - congratulations! Party in Wisconsin tonight. Still a few bumps in the road but many reasons to celebrate.
Cheers!
That's impressive for a small business, but they need to reinvest profits into their company, such as having a website that doesn't run on WordPress, and having a more professional checkout/order interface.
I'm hoping this time around, the don't nickle and dime cutting corners on quality like they did with R&M. Small things ike using single blade flipper switches instead of the ones every other game uses.
I'll be honest, seeing the topper with wires all exposed on the back like the R&M ones, makes me feel like they're still not putting a polished product out, bit we'll have to see when we get our hands on this one.
Anyone know if there are any photos of the BSE? Curious to see what the powder coating looks like, and also anyone know of the inside cabinet decals are the same as the CE?
I'm curious... Day one, they were breaking the internet collecting sales, and now, a couple of distros are sitting on stock for days.
What gives???
Did I just fall for the Coinbase IPO again?
Quoted from Zablon:That's normal. I think lots of people like me waiting to see some actual gameplay footage before deciding. It's a 12 month wait anyway.
Yes, but we all started throwing money at our screen on day one without seeing anything, so what has changed?
If people were complaining they missed out, why aren't they scooping these up?
Most licensor will require you get their approval before showing anything that has to do with their IP. For instance, posting a graphic on Instagram to announce that Halloween was their next game.
However, I'd you had clearance to take the games to shows, it makes no sense to me that the delay for a stream would require further approvals.
In my experience, going to a show with something would be the height of approvals.
Something tells me they know the scrutiny of Pinside, and they are trimming fat before the feed the wolves.
Quoted from djsolzs:Yeah I agree - but why not just come out and say it. I’m cool with that. Takes about 60 seconds and one or two sentences on your favorite platform and it will get distributed to others. That’s just as non committal as saying soon but provides clarity.
There could be more to this than we know... Who knows!?!?
I feel like if you put a deposit on this game, you assumed a risk considering we saw nothing before throwing her money at the screen. I'm personally fine with that, which is why I was fine just seeing some crappy trade show videos.
Would it be nice they did a Stern-like reveal, sure. Would we have liked to see it before shelling out money, sure.
But our pockets are bigger than our brains, so we jumped in because we had to have the new shiny pinball machine.
I'm guilty too... I bought both!
Anyone else thrown off my the whole "Spooky" branding. I get it fits them, and it was cute when they started out, but I feel like they're a rapidly growing company, and maybe it's time for a rebrand.
Ultraman isn't "spooky", neither is R&M. Feel like they sort of typecast themselves with this name.
Emery Pinball maybe? Just always see that BSD plaque and Ghost on my TNA as a weird eyesore.
Anyhow, that's just the marketing in me coming out.
I like that we have another serious player here to give the big boys some competition. You need that in every industry!
Quoted from mpdpvdpin:I like the branding, it sets them apart. “Emery Pinball” doesn’t sound necessarily fun, interesting or exciting to me. And not every game that Spooky makes has to be a horror slasher supernatural thing. It is working for them and they selling out games. Why try to fix what’s not broken?
Good points made!
