They were referring to the servo lifters near the flippers. Upper playfield mechs will almost always need at least some minor disassembly to access.

Thanks bud .I’m a construction guy that just got in this hobby and am seriously trying to learn .The only thing I have now at my disposal is subpar comedy so i’ll take a backseat and just read .Other than that I can’t wait for the reveal and more importantly own a Spooky

Yeah, I 100% agree after looking at the full pic. The outside screws are the outer rail and then the inside screws are the shorter rail of the shooter lane. It threw me for a loop when it was being analyzed as a zoomed in segment. Makes total sense when you look at the whole picture.

That’s what I thought also.
So one of the plastic mechs on the return subway has a rack and pinion and the other looks like a wratcheting lock. So maybe one of the left mech raises the ball out and can also block the inlane.
I am confused at how the right mech works. Maybe it can raise up then it will fall down quickly...no gear there just a stepper with what looks like a football shaped gear...

They did it just like how you’re seeing here. Underside of playfield first, announcement with out gameplay w/ pre sale for fang club open and then brief gameplay vid after (as I recall)

Rick and Morty sold out in 4 hours. I think it really depends on the theme how fast it will sell, but it seems people are frothing at the mouth for this title almost regardless of theme. But who knows. Anyone know the number of units they are selling?

Sounds like only the CE is limited. The other two tiers may be as many as demand dictates, which is the smart way for Spooky.

I don’t think it will go up for sale right when they an ounce it.
The announcement should be more of a reveal.
At least that’s how they did it last time, and the games went on sale at a future date.
If I remember correctly there was the theme reveal video which did not show much of the actual machine. Here's a flashback from the old normal dimension.
Then there was the video a couple of weeks later showing basic gameplay, and the machine.
A day or two later the sales window opened, after more detail.
Same as RaM, we will see pretty much what we're getting before buying, regarding the machine to look at and where shots are made/what they do.

Makes sense for them to exclusively to Fang Club members / directly sell the “Collector Edition” of the new release. The blood sucker / standard should go to the distributors. Guessing 500 Collector editions 1000 blood sucker editions, unlimited amount of standards.
