Good thing we bought those fang club memberships just to have the distributors seemingly be the only reliable way to purchase the game. Got stuck in a crash loop for almost 30 min before the shop went down.

Thanks Spooky, your site just saved me 10k by not getting through in the first minute or so. I don't wanna wait 12-18 months because I'd be so far down the que. It was a fun ride. I was on the fence anyways since no game play footage. Congrats to everyone that got through!

I ordered via nitro pinball and shortly thereafter the Spooky shop came back up and my wife on her PC got through with a full confirmation page + email. Funds also withdrawn from her bank. No confirmation on my end from Nitro yet though (although I have a screenshot of the confirmation page) so we may have two at this point? I feel good about calling it here that we have one. Best of luck to everyone else out there~

No disrespect to Spooky, but this whole process seems to have been rushed. They dropped the announcement on a day celebrated as a holiday, have admitted they are working around the clock and because of that do not have assets in place, and their site is not equipped. Maybe they had a deadline they needed to hit but perhaps next time, they should wait until they have everything ready to go.

Yeah, linking up the Nitro store to an active database of Fang Club members would be quite the headache. I think they're going to check the old fashioned way and I'd be very surprised if they ship your game without verifying your membership with Spooky. All of the distributors required Fang Club for the R&M sales and are doing so again this go round.

Disneyland's opening day, July 17, 1955, was a nightmare. Rides broke down. Restaurants ran out of food and drink, and a plumbers' strike meant drinking fountains were in short supply. Long lines formed at bathrooms... Yes the rides didn't eat the people (Jurassic Park)... But the website / server crash going down was bound to happen... They will resolve and thrive as a company & learn from this mistake. I just hope I can secure a game frustrating.
