Captain Neo does excellent work. He restored my Whirlwind playfield recently, and it looks brand new (And System 11 playfields are notoriously difficult to work on).

I don't have first hand experience with Kruzman, but his reputation is second to none.

If I were in your shoes, I'd get an estimate on getting that professionally restored. It might cost you several arms and legs, but Spirit isn't a game you mess around with. Get it right the first time.
