Hey Guys,
I just acquired my dream Pin in the form of a Spirit of 76. I had a question, on the upper three popper type targets, the center one has a light that seems to have a bad contact. How do I open this part up to clean or replace the bulb?

It should have a round cap on top of the pop bumper body. The round cap is being held in by 2 plastic tabs inside.
CAREFULLY squeeze the round part which will remove the tab from where it's seated underneath allowing you to pull it off.
It's not like heart surgery or anything, but if you squeeze and yank it up you could possibly snap a tab or 2.
