First, - welcome! EM Pins are fun. They can be frustrating at first, but if you get one fixed, you'll probably start wanting more to work on. It's an addiction I find. Welcome to the party.

If possible, it would help to post some pics. If you have photo editing ability, you could take a pic from IPDB, and mark the area in question so we can get a better idea of what you're referring to in your post. As for parts, you can get a lot of what you need from a place like Pinball Resource. It's likely they'll have what you need, if you are indeed missing parts. It's an old-school mentality there in terms of the website (no search function, no ability to order/pay online at the site), but it's a great place that has almost everything you could need. You'll want to call them and tell them you're new to things for the first order. Get some of the basics like a Flexstone and Switch Adjusting tool when you order your schematic/manual.
