Game wont start. (will not kick up drop downs or feed ball)
I'm no pro but I have had some success in the past.
(I have read most em pinball repair guides several times over and watched a ton of videos)
Tilt hold relay (h) and tilt relay (t) Buzzing. Tried adjusting no luck.
(S) start relay does not kick drop downs.
Reset control relay seems short as blades sometimes pop out.
Game does reset score reels and recognizes tilt?
Possibly AX relay?

Briehl mentions the Jones-Plugs - some Tilt-Switches are mounted on the playfield - maybe some are mounted in the Backbox, some in the cabinet. The Tilt-Relay most likely is mounted in the cabinet. Your Tilt-Relay pulls because somewhere a Tilt-Switch is closed or in a Jones-Plug there is some "short".
I hope for luck --- maybe You have adjusted the legs on the pin --- and the Tilt-Plate came "out of order" - see here http://www.stevechannel.com/tiltmechanism.htm the last picture --- the pendulum-tilt is not allowed to make contact --- ALSO: The ball on top of the picture is not allowed to roll towards the backbox. The "second-last picture" shows a typical Playfield-Tilt-Switch - must be open. Greetings Rolf
