    What does it do?

What hobby stated. If you own a spike game and have or want to install more than one mod, this is an easy way to manage outlets and power on the 5/12 volt side.
For instance in my GB I have speaker lighting, shooter rod lighting and leg lighting all installed running off this board.

Is this the cabinet mount version or the backbox mount version?

Hmm. Didn't know here was a second version honestly.
Cabinet mount as that's where I have my current one (Bought 3 at that time).

Any idea if this will work with Batman 66 and Spike 2?

I honestly cannot answer that question as I do not know.
