As Stern moved to Spike and Spike v2 cabinets designs they decided not to cut out the Start and Tournament buttons that were inlaid. This new cabinet design started with Guardians of the Galaxy and beyond. They changed their Start button part numbers to ones that are a flush mounted but did not redesign the Tournament button. If you use their Tournament button it will protrudes out and looks less appealing (see pic below).
My solution makes the Tournament button have the same appearance as the Start button and in turn makes it looks like factory.
These buttons are custom made and require a few week turn around. You get the button, bulb, and switch assembly so this is all you will need to get your device up and running. You will also want to enable the tournament feature in the service mode.
The button inside lip is 2-3 mm larger than the plugged hole that comes from the factory. You need to hand file theround hole on your cabinet to enlarge it by 2-3 mm. It's very easy to do with the half moon file. Take some blue painters tape, put the button up against the cabinet and put the locking screw on the back. Then and us a pencil to trace out the slight larger hole. File out to the larger size, remove the painters tape and install the button. Its very easy and looks great when completed.
