Timpin,
I've had Spectrum since the late 80s/early 90s and mine has "shorter" legs on it. 27 1/16" to be exact. The playfield is a little flat in the cabinet, so I have my leveler feet fully retracted in the front and fully extended in the back to tilt it more and give the game some more speed.
Dayhuff is correct from what I can tell - because it's a Bally game from 1982 it should have 28.5" legs. But that's not what mine came with.
I checked my reproduction manual and can't find any reference to what size legs or feet it should have - it just says "Typical".
What size legs did you end up replacing it with? I am in the process of ordering replacement legs for mine and I'm not sure if I should order the "Correct" 28.5" ones or the shorter 27" ones. I'm not even sure which ones I would order if I wanted the 27" ones.
