Bally, 1982Hi all,
I was wondering about the star rollovers right up the back of the playfield (to the left and right of the saucer) on Spectrum. What do these do exactly? I can see that they score 10 points when I press them, but are they supposed to make a sound as well?
Also, are their lamps supposed to be always lit? Mine turn off and on in the lamp test but during the game they are always on.

No sounds on mine. I think they’re just for ball tracking essentially. The left and right side switches are all in parallel, respectively. The lamps are all “GI” but remember GI is controlled on this game, that’s why you see them turning on an off in test.
