americanpinball4 (resized).jpgGreat AP interview. I knew they were tied to gigabyte motherboards, but didn't realize really what Aimtron produced (LED's for all coin-op gaming). I also love that they are reserving a line in the new building for contract manufacturing of homebrew games. You should post this interview in the homebrew thread in case anyone is thinking about mass producing their game.

We thought that third manufacturing line was interesting as well. Opens up lots of possibilities.

Bringing a case of Pinball Pale Ale to the Pinball Life Open House for a buddy of mine that is a retired pinball restoration specialist isn't very exciting either.

In a slow news week we switch gears from talking about Beatles to just talking pinball. Todd Tuckey interview taking place on November 20th!

I liked the last episode.... forget the news. A podcast with some down to earth pinball chatter is a breath of fresh air!
Funny you guys discussed the BSD game - obviously, anyone can ask what they want for a game. But just because someone dumped a ton of cash in mods doesn’t mean they should break even. I think it’s way over priced. I’m a big fan of the game (have owned one for almost 5 years)... but $6k land is crazy IMO. Perhaps for a true low mileage HUO or HEP restored. But for a clean routed example with a bunch of mods? Not so much for me

BSD seems to be on the rise (again). Thanks for listening to the show. We've received lots of feedback on this last episode in which we didn't extensively cover the news. Taking a break from rehashing what everyone else was covering was a breath of fresh air for us as well. We may implement more pinball "talk" versus pinball "news" in the future.
We've got some great interviews and guest hosts to close out 2018 followed by a surprise show for our listeners airing on Christmas Eve. So sit back and relax...we are just getting started!
The first of 3 episodes over the next 8 days. In episode 23 we discuss BSD and it's recent price increase, what to buy going forward, and the respect for homebrew designers.

Episode 24 was a fun one with Todd Tuckey (TNT Amusements). Hear the untold stories of Todd Tuckey (Beginning of TNT, buying/selling, book deals gone bad, and more). Thanks toyotaboy for post and the kind words.

FB_IMG_1543124199625 (resized).jpgReally enjoyed this episode... it’s one that warrants a second listen - Todd T. has so much experience and knowledge to share, I find him endlessly fascinating.
Nice work guys! This podcast just gets better and better!
Loved the Todd Tuckey episode, so much info to absorb and a wealth of knowledge to share. The podcast flew by.

Hmmm weird. I did listened to this episode on my iPhone and now it doesn’t show up anymore.
You guys deleted the episode?
Something you might expect frequently with another podcaster (wink wink) but not with my new favorite podcast of the week!

It's still in the RSS feed, sounds like itunes mucked something up. Direct download:

More importantly, GB not in need of a code update? Apparently, you guys don't listen to This Flippin' Podcast and/or agree with Taylor.

Cool! Please ask him lots of questions regarding The Shadow (my FAVORITE Brian Eddy game to date).
Quoted from Tuna_Delight:Cool! Please ask him lots of questions regarding The Shadow (my FAVORITE Brian Eddy game to date).
Absolutely. As AFM and MM seem to get most of the coverage/praise I think it makes sense to ask him to discuss Shadow (at least that's the plan).
Quoted from CrazyLevi:Ask him how he still has such awesome hair!
Also ask him what he thinks of the Pinside consensus that he only came back to do sequels to AFM and MM.
I do want to discuss the similarities between AFM and MM and if he feels any pressure coming back after some time off. I'll definitely let him know that you were asking about his hair!
