Bobby Orr's Power Play
Bally, 1978I have a Bally power play that has two out lane special when lit bulbs. The bulbs have never lit up in a game, even when I advance the top bonus to 15k, when it should theoretically light up. However, when I run the feature lamp test both special lights come on. So I know they are working, but why do they not light in game? I have even checked the dip switch settings and they are set to allow the specials to light up once the saucer reaches 15k
hmmm... dips could be an issue. Was or is there any damage due to battery leak or other corossion on the board?
Also- re read the manual and with glass off power game down and change the setting to some other and see of you can get it to light up by running up score or bonus or whatever. I have mis-interpreted the settings once or twice myself. The manuals are ok but not always totally clear if you in a hurry and dont do this every day.

I will check the different dip settings when I get home, but there is no damage from corrosion. I removed the battery when I got the machine and replaced it with an NVRAM module
