Doug has a good product, but he's a bit like the soup nazi. If he gets upset, he will act out like a Karen.
For a comparable product with better customer service from someone who puts customers first, I recommend Brian at Myth pinball. His kits are awesome and he's great to deal with.

I have Myth kits on my GZ premium, JP premium, and Beatles. They all look great.
And all are adjustable for unique patterns, flames, and colors.
