I'm thinking of having a crack at doing my own hammer and sparky . I've got replacements on order so I can return the machine to original if I stuff up the paint job .
I don't really like the look of the Dirty Donny "cracked" helmet . I was thinking along the lines of exactly what you have done - a rusty metal look .
Any chance you can list the colours and type / brand of paint you used .

You read my mind I did my Sparky last weekend.
Sparky custom.jpgI wasn't sure how much I liked the hammer painted last night, with it off the machine. But after seeing it smooth out under a nice coat of clear, and installed on the game - I love it. Sparky is much better not looking all wet now, too.
Now I am done. Glass on.

Don't believe so as I'm getting mine through AMD ( the Australian Stern distributor ) for around half of that and we have to factor in the $ exchange rate etc. as well .
