Any idea what could cause all three pop bumpers to fail?

Its funny that I didn't check the fuses because I was assuming it was something more complicated. It was the fuse. For once, it actually was just a fuse.
All my optos dead. I pulled the boards so I can clean the optos and reflow, but if they are all dead at once, so Im guessing thats not the issue. Any suggestions where to look?
Drop banks wernt registering or resetting (will reset if I test the coil). Station itself was having alignment errors.
