Lots of issues with this one...

Most recently...

I re-did some wiring on the 3-bank drop switches that weren't attached.
I cut out a locked on coil

I am unable to get into any diagnostic tests. The game has never been in diagnostic tests since it's been in my possession.

Any ideas as to why it will not exit bookkeeping?

Do you mean that you can get it into audits, but not diagnostics?
If so, then the middle coin door switch, that has an up or down position, might be crocked.

There is a healthy amount of green? stuff on these lugs. Wiring seems to be correct at least with coloring/switch.

How do you determine what the lugs correspond to on a switch like this?

That wiring looks correct. You can clip a multimeter in continuity test mode to the terminals and make sure it is still making a good connection. You need the far right and center ones working to be able to enter tests. The one with the diode can be ignored for now. In a pinch you can swap the left and right switches to get you going.

Does anywhere know where to buy a single on/off button like the middle one? The only single ones I have found are momentary like the advance/reset high score.

I'm pretty sure I have wacky switch matrix stuff going on but don't think I'll be able to diagnose until I can get into diagnostics.

so the switches have 4 connections for each position. left right and front back. If a pair aren't working try the other side. Again verify this with a multi meter to make sure it makes contact. Otherwise sometimes full sets come up on ebay. Here's a 4. I don't see any 3s right now. ebay.com link: Service Switch 4 Bank Pushbutton
